Depending of their nature, specifications are identified as per the following categories: 1 – Project specifications: these are specifications issued specifically for the project. The attached Document ref. no.: MLK-011-300-VA-7180-0002 identifies the specifications which are currently available. After SUBCONTRACT award and as detailed design progresses, these specifications may be either revised or supplemented with specifications which will, upon issuance, become part of SUBCONTRACT. 2 – Analogical specifications: these are specifications issued at Call for Bid stage only; they will not be part of the future SUBCONTRACT. They may be used by BIDDER as guidelines when preparing its bid. They will be replaced by corresponding Project specifications transmitted to BIDDER as soon as available before SUBCONTRACT award.
