This is a guide guide to using using the sniper system in ace 3 typically typically the kestrel kestrel and the AtragMX. created by :
Procedure Firstly this is the procedure you will take to efectily range! ad"ust and kill a target #ollowed by the methods in which to do so.

?uip your range=nder and range the target as shown below:

-ow e?uip your AtragMX AtragMX in in your A'3 A'3 interaction interaction menu! in your e?uipmet slot and it will appear on your screen like below:
,k so be#ore we die into this complicated system we need to start by selecting our weapon that is being used in AtragMX AtragMX you you can do so by:
simply clicking @gun @ gun list@ list @ and then scrolling through the list to =nd your chosen weapon.
-ow enter the @range @ range@@ that you recorded earlier by : @clicking the target tab in the top right then place the range in the correct =eld@ =eld@

Press the @down @ down arrow@ arrow @ untill you see the title @headwind @ headwind@@ on the kestrel then simply type the numbers into the @ wind speed section@ section @ in the @target @target@@ tab on the AtragMX like below:

&imply press @shi#tCk @ shi#tCk@@ and a @small @small arrow@ arrow @ will appear in the top right o# your screen! then imagine that arrow was on the ,%T&)+ o# a clock poiting at the numbers! this number must then be placed in the @ wind direction Dclock E @ E @ section like below.
note : this arrow says 4>oclock! so you would type in 4> to the section.

1umidity &elect the @1umidity @1umidity@@ setting on the kestrel! then type the alue into the humidity section. AFT0 clicking the atmosphere tab and selecting @ TB1 @ TB1@@ like shown below:

The le#t The le#t hand side number shows the direction o# =re! simply enter this into the correct =eld like shown below.
)nclination Angle The right hand hand side shows shows the @)nclination @ )nclination Angle@ Angle @ this must also be calculated and entered be#ore taking the shot.
remember to press +,- 2

A#ter this whole process i# you now press update update on on your AtragMX it will show all o# the correct and updated calculations see below ! allowing you to gie the correct in#ormation the the sniper that is needed.
Blue shows Blue shows the correct eleation and eleation and wind ad"ustment which you tell the sniper to ad"ust too.
%pon receing this in#ormation the sniper can now make the releant ad"ustments to his scope and begin engageing targets .
Also when in#ormation has been passed into the AtragMX it will create its own range tables allowing the shooter/spotter more easy access to in#ormation ! and less readings to calibrate when time is not o# the essence.
There is also an @Adanced @Adanced Ballistics@ Ballistics @ #eature which can be touched upon here although these #eatures where not in use and in some cases it has been better to use @real world ballistics apps and calculators rather than the inC game AtragMX:
