THE WORK The word for work in Hebrew, ‫מלאכה‬, directly corresponds to the Greek word in this passage: ἐργάζομαι (G2038, ergazomai) - proven in the Septuagint Yeshua was using a word-play: “My Father works...I am His Malak.” This claim is a claim of Messiahship and equality with El. This explains the anger of the Pharisees, and the context of what Yeshua was saying. Friday, March 8, 2013

Colossians 2:16-17 Most people see this as an injunction against keeping “shadowy old ways”, but what he is truly saying is that to keep the Feasts is to dwell in the shadow of the Most High...like Betzalel! That these Holy days are the body and substance of Messiah! Just like Oholiav’s name, to be under the “shadow” of the roof of our Father’s Tent, is to be protected. Friday, March 8, 2013

GATHERING ISRAEL Our ‫ מלאכה‬is to gather Israel by preaching the message found in the pattern of the Mishkan and the Mo’Edim We ought to gather ourselves on the Mo’edim, such as the Shabbat We ought to give ourselves as a Terumah, lifted up offering With this offering, Our Messiah, “Betzalel”, will build us into a tabernacle Friday, March 8, 2013

BE BETZALEL Be “in the shadow of El” - we know that He is pictured in the Mishkan...so should we be! To “do” is to “make” (‫)עשה‬. Start making the Tabernacle! This means we will be “doing” the commands of Yeshua, and not just externally Friday, March 8, 2013
