For this task, 30 representatives of companies were trained, with support by Kosovo Chamber of Commerce-OEK Carrying out a labour market and skill needs analysis survey including specific focus on the specified occupational areas in conjunction with the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce-OEK; 300 companies interviewed within Kosovo Development of a training manual, “A comprehensive approach to HRD”, and organising a seminar with the participation of about 50 enterprises.
