In Act 514 Part IV, Section 15, the Employer is responsible for ensuring the safety, health and welfare at work of all his employees as long as practicable.
Hazard in the office can be categorized into four (4) categories that are physical, chemical, biological and ergonomic. Physical hazards consist of the hazards associated with electrical shock, equipment or machinery, lighting and temperature in the workplace. Biological Hazard also leads to a state of the air conditioning system in the office, which will affect emotions and health of workers. Dust, gases, fumes and smoke are also categorized as chemical hazard. Hazard-related mental stress, physical categorized as ergonomic hazard. Electric shock also categorized accidents occurred due to the negligence of any wires or electrical equipment not properly maintained, thus giving rise to a physical hazard. "Sick Building Syndrome" is a disease syndrome in which employees would hope not healthy when it comes to the office. This caused the environment and conditions in a crowded office, no good ventilation and lighting is also inappropriate.

The next most common category of injury is slips, trips and fall, usually from floors in substandard condition. Fatal accidents are devastating and while the young and inexperienced are most at risk, experiences workers and in some cases employees have been the victim. In the most every instance a chain of event is put into place that ultimately lead to the tragic consequences.
4.1.4 How can I solve this problem?
To overcome this problem, we need to provide measures of health and safety by establishing basic occupational safety and health, which helps employees understand and have the awareness of occupational safety and health. Provide Safe Work Procedures (SOP) for high-risk work activities is one way to be proactive in addressing the problem of accidents in the workplace.

4.2.3 How does a photocopy machine work?
There are two main types of copy machines, xerographic and electrostatic. Both use the same process to make a copy but they each do it in a slightly different way.
When you place a page on a copier and press the start button the copier starts by using a series of mirrors and lenses to project an image of the page onto the side of a rotating tube. In a xerographic copier this tube is light sensitive. The picture that is projected onto the tube causes electrostatic charge to collect on the tube in a pattern that matches the page that you are copying.
The tube is then coated with a dust called toner which sticks to the charged parts of the tube. A piece of paper is then pressed against the tube and the toner is transferred to the paper. The paper now has a dark image of the original page. This paper is then heated to bake the toner and the copying is done.
This is the same process that an electrostatic copier uses except that instead of a light sensitive tube, light sensitive paper is used. The image is projected directly onto the paper which produces a pattern of charge, is coated with toner and baked to produce a final copy.
4.2.4 Problems Encountered When Using A Photostat Machine.
There are various problems being faced by consumers and often disrupt, delay and an obstacle in the process during use Photostat machine especially at the time of the office include:

From the lab following Microsoft Excel can be concluded, among others, is a Microsoft Excel is software to process data automatically include basic calculations, the use of functions, graphing and data management.
4.5 Comments and Suggestions
Working range is ancillary works done in Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Daro such as key-in data online, mange the file and key-in data into excel.
In Key-in data online work there are some problems that face when you want to use the website always has and it makes system maintenance tasks include data takes a long time to complete. With this proposal is to be submitted with the renewal of these systems in order not to suffer delays in data entry online.
In file management work, the problem is lack of space documents before filing the document and it makes the situation seem cluttered desk staff and messy. My suggestion to this problem so that the District Education Office shelf Daro provide sufficient documentation for a document to be filed can be placed at an appropriate location in order to look more neat and orderly mean is it's have own room to keep the file in one place.
Therefore, in key-in data into excel, the problem is got some difficult task to understand from manual task to excel task. My opinion is when the data already key-in; they must save every type of tasks that already done. Other than that, they must save some backup for any tasks that done in external memory by them self.
4.6 Conclusion
Working range is ancillary works done apart from the main work or routine during the Industrial Training. Among the various job data is entered online in the website SPL KPM. The data will be included in SPL KPM Website are the names of employees who have undergone PPD courses, meetings, workshops and other formal activities that have been resolved successfully.

CHAPTER 5: FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Findings
After the Industrial Training Daro District Education Office for one semester, in my opinion, this firm is very suitable as a place for Industrial Training. This is because it coincides with what has been learned in the university and others.
My comment to the student placement process is in terms of approval by both parties, i.e. Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Daro (PPD) and the Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak. I am very proud and satisfied because the polytechnic manage my place with good Industrial Training to undergo industrial training at the Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Daro (PPD).
Overall, I found the training industry is very important and very useful to students to expose the working environment and gain wider experience. In addition, it can provide the best possible benefits for the experience acquired during industrial training for self-development community and country in general.
Recommendation
5.2.1 Recommendations for the Organization
Here I wish to submit a proposal to the company in order to achieve the objectives of the Industrial Training actual obtained by a student. Among the recommendations are:
Party firms set up each movement work given to students to ensure that students can learn what they should.
Party firms to provide students in group work activities or to improve their skills and ways of communicating.
Provide appropriate motion work with students as a position coach.
Party firm must also give confidence to the students to handle the equipment with the guidance of an experienced supervisor.
5.2.2 Recommendations for the Polytechnic
The polytechnics should be discussed with the firm to get an overview of the work done by the firm based on the field followed by the student before the Industrial Training conducted.
Polytechnic party shall also hold meetings with students who have completed their Industrial Training aim to determine the real situation of the firm for the next student.
Polytechnic party must choose special places that suit the students to undergo industrial training. With this, students will not be happening compatibility issues that have taken courses in polytechnics.
Use of English
English subjects should be emphasized or emphasized to the students than before so that students who undergo industrial training did not encounter any problems in communicating when business activities are underway. Therefore, it is more important to the polytechnics to take the initiative or other ways to solve this problem, such as using the full English language in the classroom Industrial Training.
Trip Program
The management of the Industrial Training should make or visits to firms that put polytechnic students at least twice within one semester of study, this allows the polytechnic and firms willing to accept students of Industrial Training run closer relations again. This will also make it easier for Industrial Training students' in the future susceptible Industrial Training placement.
CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSIONS
With this, I am 6th semester student of Polytechnic Kuching Sarawak Industrial Training Final Semester (LISA) for 20 weeks beginning 1 December, 2014 to 17 April 2015 and the final report of this exercise to meet the mandatory requirement to obtain a Diploma in Information Technology (Programming).
During the Industrial Training, there are many who have given guidance in performing a job that involves schools and offices. With this, a big thanks to Mr Kong Sing Nguong and also citizens who have given their cooperation during my training in this industry. The atmosphere of the work place and to add to knowledge in the field of information technology, either theoretically or loss can be realized through industry training programs, such as where the scopes set for this program.
Exposure to real working environment is good for trainees, as students, especially to open the minds and brains to be more creative and highly knowledgeable. Students can also identify and address issues that often arise in real work situations. It will further enhance the student's ability to think and learn to solve problems independently and effectively in order to produce creative and quality work.
