These instructions are intended to be used in the commissioning of a standalone Multicontroller BSC (mcBSC) system in the final location of the mcBSC. The commissioning tasks are done to ensure that the hardware and software of the mcBSC have been c orrectly installed and the mcBSC is functional. They can be used with the ANSI or ETSI environment. The mcBSC running with S16.1 release supports Packet Abis, AoIP and GPoIP features.
