Remove HCPT Cell. RNC IPPath HCPT should be removed. Remove HCPT Logic Port. Remove HCPT Locell. Modify RX mode. NodeB IPPath HCPT should be removed. NodeB service would be down about 15 minutes. It only impacts one site service.
