MAN B&W CP Propellers The standard propeller programme basically comprises two types: Type VBS - features propeller blade pitch setting by a hydraulic servo motor integrated in the propeller hub.
Standard blade/hub materials are Ni-Al-Bronze and stainless steel is available on request. The propellers are based on ”no ice” but can be delivered according to the highest arctic ice classes.
Type VB - features propeller blade pitch setting by a hydraulic servo motor integrated in the reduction gearbox.
