This parameter contains the 1xRTT access class barring parameters the UE uses to calculate the access class barring factor, see C.S0097. Parameter used for calculating the access class barring factor for autonomous registrations. It is the parameter “REG_PSIST” in C.S0004-A. This parameter provides the status of the 1xRTT access class barring. When set to true, acBarringConfig1XRTT-r9 IE is included in SIB8. See TS 36.331. This parameter determines the status of Access Barring information for CS Fallback which is broadcast in the cell (in SystemInformationBlockType2): - false: no barring for mobile originating CS Fallback. - true: barring for mobile originating CS Fallback.
This parameter indicates whether access is barred in the cell originating emergency calls. See TS 36.331. Broadcast in SystemInformationBlockType2. This parameter determines the type of Access Barring information which is broadcast in the cell (in SystemInformationBlockType2): - none: no access classes are barred. - emergencyCallsExclusively: only the bit indicating whether emergency calls are barred is broadcast. - signalingOnly: access barring information is broadcast for signaling calls only (the bit for emergency calls is also broadcast). - originatingCallsOnly: access barring information is broadcast for originating calls only (the bit for emergency calls is also broadcast). - signalingAndOriginatingCalls: access barring information is broadcast for both signaling calls and originating calls (the bit for emergency calls is also broadcast).
