4 Description
This elementary course dissects the 9100 BTS cab inets (MBO, MBI and CBO) and all the related boards (TRX, SUM, Combiners, Batteries, etc.). All logical functions functions of boards & the different BTS Configurations (Monoband, Multiband, MultiStandard, etc) are described thoroughly. Then, through authentic simulations and guided hands-on training, the participants execute typical maintenance tasks on the 9100 BTS. The trainer explains each maintenance method, and guide the trainees step-by-step. The participants become full y autonomous at the end of the course. The course combines both lecture and practical training, with significant time for handson experience. Related Equipments

Course objectives
By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
identify the role and situation of the Alcatel 9100 BTS, identify its functional subsets, identify its hardware modules, identify its possible hardware configurations. identify the main functions of the BTS Terminal, handle the Security Blocks (SBL), manage the alarms and handle the measurement menus, update the internal data (Remote Inventory), configure the transmission parameters, change a replaceable Item (RIT) using the task procedures and analyse the defence reactions.
