Introduction First of all I welcome you and thank you for purchasing this book. Just imagine that you are able to know your future today. Consider the possibility that you know when you will get your job, when you will marry, when you will go overseas, what profits you will earn from business, when you will have child, etc. Wouldn‟t that change things in your life? Let me explain a practical example of accident case of a native which has been mentioned in Part-III (Example – 32) in the book. This event was predicted in 5 minutes through KP System of Astrology. “It was Feb‟2014 and I was looking through one of the natives's Natal Chart. My wife asked me, what you are seeing so seriously. I then replied that I forsee that the native may meet with an accident in the coming months. My wife then asked me when it will occur and whether there will be threat on his life. I looked at the chart and claimed that the accident will happen during the conjoined period of KE-RA-RA which will be from 06-06-2014 to 0208-2014, but there will not be any threat to the life of native except for some post medical attentions.”

You will be surprised to know that the actual outcome occurred on 17.06.2014 when the native met with an accident by sudden fall of glass door in his office and as predcited earlier, there was no threat to his life but post medical attention was required for one and a half months due to fracture of front tooth. This is the uniqueness and efficacy of KP Astrology. Now, that you exactly know what this book is about, we can proceed further for knowing what is stored for your benefit and interest. Thanks once again for purchasing this book.

001 INTRODUCTION TO KP FAQ - 001: Note of Krishnamurthy Paddhatti (KP) In ‘Bhagwad Geeta’ Lord Shree Krishna has stated that before birth itself, every native has been destined for all fortunate/unfortunate events which will occur in his/her life. Through KP Astrology, it has now become possible for any person (not only an astrologer) to pinpoint factual favourable/ unfavourable events in the life of a native along with the timing details for materialization/ fructification of such event. KP system of astrology has been propounded by the great Late Professor K.S. Krishnamurthy and it was coined as „Krishnamurthy Paddhatti‟. This system of astrology propagated the use of Placidus house system, KP Ayanamsa, Nirayana position of cusp, Ascendant inturn of Moon, Subdivision of constellation into Subs, Significators and Ruling Planets theory to make the prediction scientifically true. With the use of KP, one can make predictions of results of any event within few minutes, whether

trivial or odd, and timing can also be pinpointed to the nearest minute for its occurrence. The crux and deliberations of the Paddhatti (KP) is enumerated in the Six Readers written by Guruji which is the only marvelous work on KP system of Astrology. FAQ - 002: What are the unique features of KP System of Astrology? The following are the unique features of KP system of astrology:Ascendant more power than Moon Lagna: KP states that the Birth Lagna is more powerful that Moon Lagna, because in horoscope of twins, moon remains in the same degree and minute while there is a change especially in the sub level as propounded in KP. KP Ayanamsa: System uses K.P. Ayanamsa as opposed to Lahiri Ayanamsa mostly used in Vedic System. The difference between these two is however about 6 arch-minutes only. Ayanamsa other than K.P. when used, it will not be useful for predictive purposes. Placidus house division: In KP one should remember that since a cusp extends from one sign to another, the ownership/lordship of a house is the owner of the sign where the cusp falls, irrespective 3
of its extension to other house (sign). This is very important in KP. Each bhava from cusp to cusp is never full of 30:00 degree. It may range from more than 30:00 degree or may be less than 30:00 degree. Hence, the word bhava was found and observed. KP uses Placidus House division, like Western astrology, using Cusps that is house/ bhava beginning as opposed to Vedic System which uses House Centre‟s. Source-Effect-Result: The planet in its Dasha gives results as per its Star-Lord rather than the planet itSelf-. Hence Planet represents the source, its Star-Lord represents the effects and the Planet's Sub decides the final result, favourable or unfavourable. Sub Division: KP system gives importance to the Constellations and their divisions into further 9 subdivisions called 'subs'. These sub divisions are not equal in size, but are based on Vimshotthari Dasha System. Significators: A Planet will become the significator to the house occupied by its constellation lord and the houses owned by the constellation lord. The tenant planet, that is known, as the “significator” will come to pass through and indicate such matters depending on the sub portion of the constellation occupied by the tenant planet. Benefic and Malefic: It is also worthwhile noting that the planet which is considered to be a benefic Sample copy. Not for distribution.

by lordship offers the results signified by it, through the planet deposited in its constellation. Beneficial planets offer their results through the depositors in their constellation, only when the sub is also governed by a benefic. If the sub is ruled by a malefic the depositors cannot bring out favourable results. Ruling Planets: Unique master guide in KP which helps us in ascertaining and fixing actual time for fructification of a favourable/unfavourable event. RP is also used for correcting birth time. Vimshotthari Dasha System: KP system like Vedic Astrology also follows only Vimshotthari Dasha System to pin point the exact time of events.

002 ASCENDANT OR LAGNA IN KP FAQ – 003: Define Ascendant? The AS is an imaginary point which will rise on the horizon in the east at the place of birth or at the place of judgement. The distance of each house from the ascendant will be more or less equal and it is quite surprising to note that how these imaginary points of the twelve houses exert a great influence upon the life of a native/querrent. FAQ - 004: Is House and Sign of Ascendant fixed in Charts? In case of Natal Charts, Ascendant positioning depends upon the date, time and place (latitude and longitude). But in case of Horary Charts, Ascendants are fixed with respect to signs in which they have been allotted as per the number provided by the querrent. Sample copy. Not for distribution.
6
Thus, in Natal charts, AS will fall in any sign ranging from AR to PI and the house in which it falls will be the First House. If the AS falls in AR, then its lord will be MA and so on depending upon the zodiac sign in which it is posited. FAQ – 005: Why Strength of Ascendant lord is important? The strength of the Ascendant Lord is of primary importance for determining what other houses support the native/querrent. For example: If the Ascendant lord is strong, then the native/querrent will achieve better results for the other houses under consideration also, provided the other houses support the matter through sub level. If the Ascendant Lord is weak, then the native/querrent will not achieve better results for the other houses under consideration, even if the other houses support the matter through sub level. If the Ascendant Lord is neither strong nor weak, then the native/querrent will achieve average results, even if the other houses support the matter through sub level. Therefore, the primary responsibility of an astrologer shall be to judge the strength of the Ascendant Lord at the very beginning of the judgement and then to use the same in knowing the
7
quantum of effects/results of the other houses under consideration. FAQ – 006: What are the level of strength of Ascendant Lord? On the basis of strength and gravity the lagna lord levels is indicated below:Outstanding/Strong Lagna Lord: It means that the lagna lord should be occupying any of the houses 2,3,9,10,11,4, and tenanting the stars of lord of any of the houses 2,10,11. Very Good/Medium Lagna Lord: It means that the lagna lord not found occupying any of the houses 2,3,9,10,11,4, but occupying any of the houses 5, 8, 12, and tenanting the stars of lord of any of the houses 2,10,11. Good/Average Lagna Lord: It means that the lagna lord is occupying any of the houses 5, 8, 12 and tenanting the stars of lord of any of the houses 2,10, 11. Satisfactory/Weak Lagna Lord: It means that the lagna lord should be occupying any of the houses 2,3,9,10,11,4, and tenanting the stars of lord of any of the houses 5,8,12. Below Satisfactory/Very Weak Lagna Lord: It means that the lagna lord should be occupying any of the houses 5 , 8 12 and tenanting the stars of lord of any of the houses 5,8,12. Sample copy. Not for distribution.
8
FAQ – 007: Do all Charts will have the similar nature of Strength of Ascendant Lord as per above rules? All charts will not have the same planetary position as explained above, with respect to the level of strength of Ascendant lord. Hence the lagna lord has to be studied carefully with respect to the houses it occupies, the constellation it tenants, the aspects it has, etc. and then results for the grade has to be sorted out at an applicable and appropriate level. But generally it can be concluded that Ascendant lord subjected to houses (2,10,11) indicates favourable strength to the native/querrent; ascendant lord subjected to houses (5, 8, 12) indicates weak level and ascendant lord subjected to both the houses (2,10,11 and 5,8,12) indicates average results to the native/querrent in all spheres of life.

003 BHAVAS AND CUSP FAQ – 008: Define Cusp? The ecliptic is necessarily cut by the cusp lines of twelve houses of the place. The ecliptic points at the junction of the twelve cups lines with the ecliptic are termed cusps of the first points of the twelve houses. In KP one should remember that since a cusp extends from one sign to another, the ownership/lordship of a house is the owner of the sign where the cusp falls, irrespective of its extension to other house (sign). FAQ – 009: Define Bhava? Are each Cusp in Charts equidistant? This is very important in KP. Each house from cusp to cusp is never full of 30:00 degree. It may range from more than 30:00 degree to less than 30:00 degree. Hence, the word „BHAVA‟ was observed.
