涼粉 mean noodle and not powder. And 涼 describes the herbal quality, not The 粉 in
temperature. “Cool powder” is a very poor translation. 涼粉 is usually known as grass jelly. With that said, this piece is awesome!

I simply want people to learn the literal meaning. I think I will add a bracket to tell people what “cool powder” is.
