Here I will describe the Solution for BBH on MBB Project, this solution has two kind of main Scenarios Relaxed and Ideal Backhaul.
Inside or Ideal Backhaul we have two subdivisions Centralized and Distributed Closud BBU, We will show Centralized scenario to show the commson scenario according to experience in the Project.
Centralized Cloud BBU
A Cloud BB network supports a maximum of 2 second-level USUs, 12 first-level USUs, and 60 BBUs.
The length of a cable connecting a BBU to a first-level USU must not exceed 100 m.
The length of a cable connecting a first-level USU to a second-level USU must not exceed 90 m.
The length of a cable connecting two second-level USUs must not exceed 100 m.
Distributed Cloud BBU
A Cloud BB network supports a maximum of 1 second-level USU, 6 first-level USUs, and 300 BBUs.
The length of a fiber optic cable connecting a BBU to a first-level f irst-level USU must not exceed 10 km.
The total length of the cables transmitting signals between two BBUs through first- and second-level USUs must not exceed 20 km.

In the following picture we can see the interconection from BBH to Remote Site, we will have BBU and O&M in the BBH and the radio layer will be installed on Site:

Considerations for the deployment:
Output a installation manual for BBH to standardize
and agreed with customer.
Output ATP format with customer approval.
The LLD needs to include the interconnection between
the equipment: OSN, BBUs, ODF.
Include the IPPLAN for all the BBUs, OSN and X3.
Include the RF planning.
Include the site distribution per BBU to perform it the sites need to be mapped trying to have the same TACor less possible distance to avoid excessive paging.
Prepare script for each equipment.
Train the people for installation and commissioning.
Conlcusion
With this solution we can cover many sites in a cluster, on site we only need to install the power rectification, WDM equipment, RRU and Antenna, batteries (optional) we can save space and money. The coordination between all the sites into the BBH can be optimized and the user experience will be improved avoying interference in the borders.
