IMPLEMENTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF CHAPTER DISPOSAL, EXCRETA DISXVII “SEWAGE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL, POSAL AND DRAINAGE” OF THE CODE ON SANITATION OF THE PHILI PHILIPP PPIN INES ES (P.D. 856) -
To carry out the the provisions provisions of Chapter XVII “Sewage Collection and Disposal, Excreta Disposal and Drainage”, these rules and regulations are hereb he reby y for formu mulate lated d for imp implem lementa entation tion and strict compliance of all concerned. -
SECTION 1: SCOPE These implementing rules rules and regulations sh shall all app apply ly to all public and private sewage and excreta collection and disposal system project planned by instrumentality tality including government-owned or governmentt agency or instrumen any governmen corporations, ns, priv private ate organ organizatio izations, ns, firm firms, s, individuals or other controlled corporatio entities.

3 .2 Individual Sewage Disposal System

3 .2 Individual Sewage Disposal System

3.2.3 Disposal of Sewage

Sewage and effluent of a septic tank or other putrescible, impure or offensive wastes shall not be discharged into an abandoned water supply well, spring, or ciste cistern rn or into a hole, crevices o r other opening natural or artificial well, sink hole, extending into limestone, sandstones or other rock or shale formation.
