1 SAP Cloud for Customer Integration with SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Enterprise Edition using HANA Cloud Integration (HCI) The purpose of this document is to describe the general configuration steps required to manually set up the configuration within the system landscape that has already been installed. This document describes the procedure to configure the Integration between SAP S/4HANA Cloud Enterprise Edition and SAP Cloud for Customer using SAP HANA Cloud Integration. 2 Configuration in SAP Cloud for Customer ·
The empty 1602 Cloud for Customer tenant should be available with initial user/password.
·
When an empty tenant is available, the tenant owner gets an e-mail from Cloud Management Service. The email contains tenant - access and support information. The initial user with password can be found in the access information. To make certain configuration, the first step is to do scoping with the initial user.
2.1 Scoping 2.1.1 First Log in with Initial User 1.
Open the Frontend Access tenant URL in Web browser i. ii. Example: https://.XXXX.XXXXXX.com

Input the initial user and password,

Select your logon language, by default it is English.
4.
Choose Log On; change the password in the dialog box.
5.
Select I want my SAP application to use the Microsoft Silverlight application storage in the dialog box.

If this rule is selected, there is no need to do any mapping for the code values. Map Individual values: This rule can be used when the values in the Cloud for Customer system and the ones in the ERP system are different. 5 Data Loading 5.1 Initial Data Load from S/4 HANA Purpose This section describes how to execute the initial data load of material and customer master data from your SAP S/4HANA system to the SAP Cloud for Customer system. PFCG role SAP_BCR_CMD_PR_ADMIN_PC is required for Initial load operation.
5.1.1 Add Business role to Key User Procedure 1.
Access the SAP S4HANA system and log in as an Administrator.

Choose Maintain Catalog Roles in Identity and Access Management.
3.
Enter Catalog Role ID SAP_BCR_CMD_PR_ADMIN_PC and press Enter.
4. Select the row entry and choose Edit.

5.1.2 Customer Master/Relationships 1.
Access the SAP S4HANA system and log in as Key User.

Open the tile Execute Data Replication in Master Data-Product Administration.

In Replication Model, select value $S4HTOC4C$, Outbound Implementation as 986_3 and select Manual as the Replication Mode.
4. Choose Manual Replication Filter Criteria button to select the Business Partner

Enter the Business Partner details, you wish to replicate to SAP Cloud for Customer.

5.1.3 Material Master 1.
Access the SAP S4HANA system and log in as Key User.
1.
Open the tile Send Material in Master Data-Product Administration
2.
Enter Message Type as MATMAS_CFS, Logical system as the SAP Cloud for Customer tenant ID and Material to be sent.
3.
Check field Send Material in Full and choose Execute.
Note IDOCs are sent out asynchronously triggered by a report/job. The frequency of the job run is set to 15 min. Related Transaction SJOBREPO Job Name: APS_COM_CA_EXEC_IDOC
5.2 Delta Load for Business Partners/Relationships and Material Purpose This section describes how to execute the delta data load of material and customer master data from your SAP S/4HANA system to the SAP Cloud for Customer system.
