The Function and Care Department of this institute is working mainly in the areas of textile finishing and coating, spectroscopy, Personal Protective Equipments, 3-D body scanning, physiological evaluation and optimisation of wear comfort, industrial laundry, development and testing of multifunctional textiles, etc.
