Notice that the natal star stays the same for both charts –only the mountain & water stars are different – they are “flipped” across the opposite sectors of each other other. CHANGING THE PERIOD ENERGY… Changing the period energy of an old home requires one to revitalise the heaven, heaven earth and mankind chi of a home. This can be done by significantly renovating or changing the roof (heaven chi) and flooring (earth chi). To renew the mankind chi, all occupants are advised to move out for at least 1 month. Here’s Here s how it was done for this house… The owners began living there in 2003. 2003. Note: Because this house was brand new Note: new,, changing a little bit here & there was sufficient to transform it into a new Period house. A really old & tired house will need extensive refurbishment to revitalize its period energy energy.. In some cases, it is enough to change just two out of the three Chis if you also repaint! E.g. Changing a whole houseful of carpets, moving out and in after 1 month and repain repainting ting the all the walls is enough to change it from Period 7 to Period 8. This is suppressed with a Metal Dragon. • The Lounge & Dining has the auspicious 6 water star but the inauspicious 3 mountain star. This is corrected by having metal here – the TV & sound system dominates this entire room. Metal also activates the water 6 star. • Centre C t F Foyer has h the th dangerous d 2/5 stars t which hi h b bring i illness and financial misfortune. This is corrected by placing the 5 element pagodas & metal Wu Luo here. • The Swimming Pool in South. South. This pool now becomes extremelyy auspicious p in Period off 8. The Pool activates the wealth water 1 star and drowns the violent Mountain star 7. This brings excellent good fortune for the household and keeps violent burglary in check. Inside the pool there are lights to activate the South sector.

This is further strengthened with the use of metal enhancers in the bedroom. • The Centre Foyer has the 2/5 combination. This is suppressed using windchimes and the 5 Element Pagoda.
