The pressure compensator control will limit pump outlet pressure to a predetermined level and adjust pump outlet flow to the level needed to maintain the set pressure.
Same as the pressure compensator , except that the adjustment is done with a remotely located relief valve instead of at the pump control.
Load Sense Control
Load sense control will adjust output flow to maintain a constant pressure drop across an orifice.
Torque Limiter Control
Will adjust flow to limit the input torque demand of the pump.

Pressure Compensator Adjustment
Remote compensator allows control of pump from a remote location using a relief valve located in a different location.
Remote Pressure Compensator Model Code “ M” Cartridge Style
Differential Spring is Factory Set at 150 PSI for PAVC 33/38/65 at 300 PSI for PAVC 100. Pressure Compensator Setting is the Sum of the remote relief valve and the differential setting.
Remote Pressure Compensator View Shows Pressure is below the Remote Pressure Control Setting and Pressure Compensator Setting, so the Pump is at Full Stroke.
Remote Pressure Compensator View Shows Pressure has reached the Remote Pressure Control Setting, so the Pump is destroked. The pump will provide the flow required to maintain the set pressure .
Load Sense control will match the output flow to the circuit demand at a pressure slightly above the load pressure.
Load Sense & Pressure Compensator Model Code “ A” Cartridge Style Differential Spring is Set at 200 PSI for PAVC 33/38/65 360 PSI for PAVC 100.
Differential Adjustment Range 200-300psi for PAVC33/38/65 360-460psi for PAVC100
Standby Pressure is additive to load sense differential 70 psi higher for PAVC33/38/65 140 psi higher for PAVC100

View Shows the flow control adjustment is open , with a pressure drop below the differential adjustment setting. The Pump is at Full Stroke.

View Shows the Flow Control Adjustment has restricted flow and the pump has destroked . The pump will provide the flow required to maintain the differential pressure .

View Shows the pump is at a low stroke , and the power control piston is developing a higher force on the horsepower spring. The pump will go to higher pressure before it begins to destroke .

View Shows the pump is at a high flow condition , and the power control piston is developing a light force on the horsepower spring. As system pressure increases, the pump will destroke to limit the input torque demand of the pump.
Note: Performance at other drive speeds can be extrapolated
At HP Settings below the compensator setting curves, the pump will not achieve the full pressure compensator setting. At settings below the Full Flow Boundary line , full flow may not be obtained at low operating pressures.
