Note: Each subcontractor, before commencing work, must provide written Safe Work Method Statement/s (SWMS) for the work to be carried out. The following checklist is to be completed and reviewed by (PIC), and assessed to have met the (COMPANY) acceptance criteria in compliance with the requirements outlined outlined in the checklist and any relevant EH&S Legislation, Codes and Specifications.
