<. !hat on the said day the 9:ecutive irector 63r. 3ani* 7ingh8 and the Assistant 5eneral 3anger 6(7 7har"a8 held a "eeting and I was invited to co"e and attend the said "eeting. $. !hat u%on arriving for the "eeting I was told that the 9:ecutive irector 63r. 3ani* 7ingh8 and the Assistant 5eneral 3anger 6(7 7har"a8 had reached a decision to ter"inate the services of 3r. 3wa*a 3oses. =. !hat I was re>uested to write a ter"ination letter for the said 3wa*a 3oses. !hey gave "e reasons that I should state in the letter a"ong which were; that he had been assigned duties going to town on several occasions but he never ca"e bac* to oce1 he disobeys orders and indisci%line. +. !hat I wrote the said letter and I too* it for signing to the Assistant 5eneral 3anger 6(7 7har"a8. He refused to sign and he instructed "e to sign the said letter. I also refused to sign the said letter telling hi" that I could not sign since I was not in the %osition to do so. 4. !he 9:ecutive irector 63r. 3ani* 7ingh8 and the Assistant 5eneral 3anger 6(7 7har"a8 however discussed it a"ong the"selves and they agreed that I should sign as a (ersonnel cer. 7ingh8 and the Assistant 5eneral 3anger 6(7 7har"a8 both refused to give the clai"ant his ter"ination letter. 2. !hat the Clai"ant was given an o@er for ter"inal bene?ts but he refused to sign it saying that it was not the full a"ount of the bene?ts and that he needed to consult on the issue before he could sign the docu"ent. <. !hat the Clai"ant was then instructed to leave the %re"ises and that I together with his su%ervisor escorted hi" to the gate. !he 7u%ervisor then infor"ed the security guard at the gate never to let 3r. 3wa*a on the %re"ises at any other ti"e whatsoever. $.
