Exhibit “A”“A”- Contract of Lease L ease (Annex “A” “A” of the Complaint) Exhibit “A-1” -Signature of the Plaintiff  Exhibit “A-2”-Signature of the Defendant. PURPOSE: To prove that the plaintiff and the defendant voluntary entered into such an agreement

Exhbit “B”-Demand Letter (Annex “B” of the Complaint) Exhibit “B-1”-Signature of the plaintiff  Exhibit “B-2”-Signature of the defendant receiving the demand. Exhibit “B-3” Date of the Demand Letter PURPOSE: To prove that the defendant has indeed failed to comply with his

obligation to pay the rentals in due time as incorporated in Contract of Lease, notwithstanding such demand from the plaintiff.

Exhibit “C”- Certification from the Barangay Lupon (Annex “C” of the Complaint) PURPOSE: To prove that the plaintiff and the defendant appeared before the Barangay Lupon as well as the failure of the parties to amicably settle the case.

Exhibit “D”: Special Power of Attorney (Annex “A”) Exhibit “D-1”-Signature of the Pero Labo Sr. and Ngunit Labo PURPOSE: To prove that Pero Labo Jr. validly authorized the latter to enter into transactions involving the lease of property owned by the Pero Labo Sr. and his spouse and subsequently to file and prosecute any suit against any tenant/s who fail to comply with the provisions in the Contract of Lease.

Exhibit “E”: Deed of Absolute Sale Exhibit “E-1”-Signatures of the Pero Labo Sr. and Ngunit Labo and Procopio Cruz. PURPOSE: To prove the ownership of plaintiffs over the property.
