Dear Friends, Being grateful will change your life. Once you begin to notice what you are grateful for, you’ll become even more aware of how many wonderful blessings you have all around you! Creating a gratitude gratitude practice practice is extremely extremely easy - it doesn’t take any extra time or cost any money, and you can do it anywhere! If you are just becoming aware of what you are grateful for, we hope that this book will help get you off to a great start! If you’ve had a conscious gratitude practice for awhile now, our book will help you keep those grateful feelings flowing! This book contains 50 prompts - each centered around gratitude! You can write in it each day or any time that feels right. Take the time to really feel how grateful you are as you write. Just remember: once once you start becoming aware aware of everything you have to be grateful for, you won’t be able to stop! And it’s contagious, contagious, too - your loved ones will also start sharing their gratitude with you! Here’s to a life filled with gratitude, Jodi and Dan

Extra Credit Assignment Over the next 24 hours, notice everything you’re grateful for - all the people, places, things, events, situations, thoughts, emotions, etc. that you appreciate. Write them all down. (We recommend actually carrying a notebook with you throughout your day - it will make it much easier for you to remember everything.) How many did you come up with? Were there any that you wouldn’t generally notice or appreciate? How has this gratitude practice changed you?
