The Technical Manual • Initiated and developed by the Marine Steering Committee; • Approved by the ENOC CEO; • Established in 2004 as GEHS/GL/023 “Standard ENOC Group Standard EHS requirements for Marine Tanker Vessels • 4th Revision GEHS/M/09 (2012 - current). “Establishes the minimum standards for various types of vessels calling at ENOC Group SBU operated terminals / facilities which will improve and standardise the communication process between the vessels’ Operators / Ship Managers and both, ENOC SBU and customers’ charter parties”.

ETFS Principals • High Risk Observations: Vessel falls under the ENOC Rejection Criteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable. Operators are asked immediately; • Medium Risk Observations: Vessel’s operators are not initially asked. In case of repetition, however, they are addressed and vessel gets on technical hold (under the ENOC Rejection Criteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable); • Low Risk Observations: Vessel’s operators are not initially asked. In case of the second repetition (3rd time that the same observation gets noted) however, they are addressed and vessel gets on technical hold (under the ENOC Rejection Criteria 2.1.14 or 2.2.7 as applicable).
