Formulation instructions 1. Prepare 2% gel by adding Stabileze® QM to water and heating to 80°C until it dissolves and forms gel. 2. Add 18g from gel Stabileze® QM and neutralize with NaOH 50%. 3. Formulation instructions 1. Heat the water and the Propylene glycol to 60°C. 2. Add the Aquazol® 500 with high speed stirring. 3. Stir for 1 - 2.5 hours until all the Aquazol® 500 has dissolved. 4. Leave to let the air disperse. 5. Cast a film of the solution onto a non-stick surface using a Meyer bar to give a dry-film of 100-150 microns. 6. Dry for 5 minutes at 130°C.

Formulation instructions 1. Add Gantrez® 97 HSU into water. 2. Neutralize Gantrez® 97 HSU with NaOH 10%. 3. Add PVP K-30 while mixing. Wait until it completely dissolves. 4.
