WE the undersigned affiants, NEMENCIO DE LUNA, and FRANCIA DE LUNA, both senior citizens being of advanced ages, Filipino citizens, and residents of Sitio Maligaya, Santa Cruz, Laguna, after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that – 1.
We both personally know EDUARDO GALLO LAM and EDIDA BERNADEZ, who are currently residents of Sitio Maligaya, Santa Cruz, Laguna.

We first met and came to know the said Eduardo Gallo Lam and Edida Bernadez in the early nineties, particularly in the year 1990. We were engaged in the business of buying and selling various products as well as in network marketing when we met and became friends with Eduardo Gallo Lam and Edida Bernadez. The two were sweethearts. Their relationship is what we can describe as very romantic.

In 1991 we likewise came to know that Edida Bernadez became pregnant . The father of course was Eduardo Gallo Lam. The following year, more or less on 10 April 1992, Edida Bernadez gave birth to a baby girl who was named “EDNA BERNADEZ LAM”.

After some years of doing business with the Eduardo Gallo Lam and Edida Bernadez, networking opportunities succumbed to difficult economic conditions. Eduardo and Edida eventually settled in Pagsawitan, Santa Cruz, Laguna where they have been residents since the mid-nineties.

We execute this joint affidavit to attest to the fact that EDNA BERNADEZ LAM was born on 10 April 1992 in the city of Manila. And that her parents were Eduardo Gallo Lam and Edida Bernadez. We personally know these persons for many years and they are of good g ood moral character.
