1.1.1 The vessel must be certified and approved by QP approved third party

1.1.3 Radio communication facility must be available between vessel and relevant control room at shore and one dedicated supervisor shall be monitored the activity at shore 1.1.4 Rescue team with vessel to be available to attend any undue event 1.2 Fall of material and 1.2.1 The crew members must be trained and should wear personnel in to sea life jacket

2.2.3 Vessel shall be equipped with rescue buoys and rope

2.3 Faliure of high pressure pump and flushing system

2.2.4 Positioning of Rig/ pontoon to be done as per the procedure with supervision


2.2.5 Erection of Rig/ pontoon shall not be done when rough sea and strong wind prevails


2.2.6 All crew members to be well conversant and adhered to Emergency Procedure which is applicable


2.3.1 Equipments, associated tools and fittings must be checked prior to its use


2.3.2 Only trained and experienced workers shall be deployed for the task


2.3.3 The materials and fittings must be approved prior to its use


2.3.4 Defective equipments to be discarded from the service

3.1.2 Rigger and signal man to be trained. They should keep a good communication with operator


3.1.3 Tag lines to be used for holding suspended load


3.1.4 Crew members shall kept minimum as required and no load should swing over personnel.


4.1.1 Each member of the crew member to be phisically fit and in good health


4.1.2 Safe entrance and exit platform with ladder to be provided for sailors.

4.2.1 Flammable materials shall not be stored in the vessel if required it shall stored in a purpose designed container


4.2.2 Appropriate fire extinguishers shall be provided in the vessel

5.1.1 Tide table shall be evaluated before sailing


5.2 Exposure to extreme weather

5.2.1 Weather forecast must be followed


5.3 Sun Burn

5.3.1 Adequate shelter to be provided for workers to take rest


5.4 Heat stress and dehydration

5.4.1 Sufficient quantity of cool drinking water to be made available


4.2 Fire
