QUOTATION Dear; We are very pleased to quote you the following service;
No. 1.
Service SWIMMING POOL AND SLIDES CLEANING SERVICE **The cleaning service will conducted every night AFTER operation hours and should be completed BEFORE operation hours, of which is between 12 am to 5 am every night. Swimming Pool and Slides Cleaning Service includes; 1. Skimming the surface surface of the pools to remove any excess dirt or debris, such as leaves or dead bugs (Tools : Leaf Skimmer) 2. Brushing and scrubbing the sides and bottom bottom of the pool to remove any algae, bacteria or dirt that has clung to the walls (Tools : Scrubber, Floor & Wall Brush, Tile Brush, Algae Brush – if necessary) 3. Brushing the surface, sides and bottom of the slides to remove any algae, bacteria or dirt that has clung to the walls (Tools : Scrubber, Floor & Wall Brush, Tile Brush) 4. Cleaning and brushing the pool grills (Tools : High Pressure Spray Gun, Algae Brush) 5. Vacuum the pool floor to to remove any loose residue that that has sunk to the bottom (Tools : Pool Vacuum) 6. Thorough cleaning of Swimming Pool Area from fallen fallen leaves, floating insect or rubbish.
Total RM 10,000.00 / Month
Manpower In order to ensure comprehensive cleaning can be completed within the stated timeframe, a total of 5 worker will be employed as listed below; 1. 1 Qualified Supervisor with sound knowledge of pool operation and pool management will be hired to oversee, instruct and planning the cleaning progress and preparing nightly report / communication log book (Offering Salary of RM 1,800 per month depending on experiences and skills) 2. 2 Skilled Worker with at least 2 years of experience in Swimming Pool maintenance and management, (Offering Salary of RM 1,200 per month) 3. 2 Labour to assist the Supervisor and Skilled Worker on nightly basis (Offering Salary of RM 800 per month)
Tools & Equipment All tools and equipment necessary to carry out the task will be provided by us (Uprise Global), however, if permitted, we may need to borrow the Pool Vacuum. Among the tools and equipment provided by us are; 1. Leaf Skimmer – This tool has a long handle with a net on the end to skim out particles 2. Floor and Wall Brush – This brush is used to bust out caked dirt on the sides and bottom of the pool 3. Tile Brush – A Smaller, hand-held brush that is used to get into small corners; perfect for tile grout Algae Brush – Made of stainless steel to knock out algae from the sides of pools with wall made of plasters 4. Pool Scrubber 5. High Pressure Spray Gun 6. Sweeper 7. Rubbish Bags 8. Complete set of proper swimming pool cleaning attire that includes goggles, wet suit and glove will be provided by us. 9. Other necessary tools and equipment that may not be listed here, of which will be updated from time to time when need for the tools or equipments arise. Should there be any changes, we (Uprise Global) will consult you beforehand. Chemical No harmful or banned chemical will be used; at most, the usual CIF (Lemon) will be used to clean the slides. However, we (Uprise Global) will consult your opinion and agreement should the need for any chemical arise.
Additional Service We are happy to offer additional service if required and can be tailored to suit your good company’s need at no cost at all, provided the service required are within reason and closely related to the current task and can be completed within the scheduled timeframe.
