Namaskar Friends, There has been a lot of work done in the field of astrology worldwide and especially mammoth task has been taken up by number of scholars such as Late Shri BV Raman, Shri Krishnamurthy, Shri KN Rao, Pandit Sanjay Rath, Shri PVR Narasimha , their students to decode the Vedic secret text of astrology and putting it forward for the welfare of public. From last 25 years I had been learning from the texts of all the above respected gurus and many other learned astrologers and friends on how to read horoscope of a native perfectly. There are numerous techniques, tools, algorithms presented by various astrologers, but unfortunately none of them are almost perfect to give reading about a native. Most of the time I had found that birth time correction is needed in native’s horoscope, correct chart was the second issue, then comes tools and techniques to predict about the chart. This quest for perfection had led me to develop this algorithm which I had named RG ALGORITHM and I hope this will give almost perfect answers through native’s horoscope. I thank all the gurus whose knowledge has shown me the path to develop this algorithm and specially Shri PVR Narasimha for providing JHORA to us, otherwise nothing could have been achieved. The very first thing is to determine the parameters to cast a horoscope. For this purpose, I had used JHORA software which can be downloaded from the following link http://www.vedicastrologer.org/jh/.

Aynamasa used is the true Lahiri Aynamasa. Then for calculating position of planets I had used topocentric positions which are calculated with respect to birth place. I had not used geocentric positions of planet as geocentric position is calculated from the core of the earth. Then I had used true position of planet including Rahu and Ketu rather than apparent position of planet as now with advancement of science we know the exact position of each planet. Besides the above variation nothing has been changed for calculating rashi chart. For Bhava I had used bhava chalit chart with lagna as the starting point of 1st house as taught by Late Shri Krishnamurtiji. Finally, I had used D-60 or Shashtyamsa chart for readings. Both for rashi and bhava charts. For Vimshottari Dasa use Lagna Nakshatra or Moon Nakshatra, whichever is stronger as starting point of Maha dasa. Although Maha dasa changes with fraction of second in D-60 chart but with high precision age and computer age it should not be an excuse. For tools and techniques, you can use any number of techniques to read through a chart either it should be told to apply on D-1, D-9, D-10 etc. etc. I suggest the following tools: 1). Use Orbital aspect with 40% above Value for D-60 Chart. 2). Use Tara Chakra for auspicious and un auspicious star starting from Lagna or Moon Nakshatra in D-60 Chart which ever is stronger. 3). Use Bhadhak Planet Concept. 7 th Rashi lord for Dual Sign, 9 th Rashi Lord for Fixed Sign and 11th Rashi Lord for Movable sign. 3
4). None of the houses are considered bad or good. It depends upon the Place, Period and desire of the Native. 5). Planet working for the native and activated house at the particular point of time will be all of the following: a). Maha Dasa Lord; b). Antra Dasa Lord; c). Nakshatra Lord of Maha Dasa Lord; d). Planet Placed in Nakshatra of Maha Dasa and Antar Dasa Lord; d). Planets Placed in rashi of Maha Dasa and Antar Dasa Lord. e). Planets aspected by Maha Dasa Lord. Any other planet will be considered unrelated for the particular period. 6). The Deity (Odd counting and Even Counting Both) of the D-60 chart for the planet will show it traits in the native. Native will pursue the profession of above 5 (a to d) planets at given point of time. 7). And finally, significators can be noted down as follows: a). Bhava of the planet placed in Bhava Chart of D-60; b). Bhava owned by the planet in Rashi Chart of D-60; c). Bhava of the planets nakshatra lord in Bhava Chart of D-60 ; d). Bhava owned by the planets Nakshatra lord in Rashi Chart of D-60; e). Orbital aspect of planet with 40% + on the bhavas in the Bhava chart of D60. Before applying tools to any chart, the correctness of chart is a must which is casted as per the calculations mentioned above.

For this purpose, certain events of native’s life be known so as to exactly cast the horoscope to the accuracy of the level of seconds. The basic character of the native is reflected by the deity of the D-60 chart lagna and further the Maha dasa and antardasa lord’s deity will reveal the current profession and mood of the native. As D-60 Lagna changes in less than 90 seconds so once horoscope casted successfully each and every reading about the native can be given and all the tools and techniques applied to interpret various charts such as D-1, D-9, D-10, D-27 etc. etc. can be applied here. Using the above method, a horoscope is casted for a native as per the following birth time records: - Date: - 19.08.1970; Time 11:05:54 AM IST; Time Zone +5:30 East of GMT; Longitude 80E21; Latitude 26N28.

Chart on the Left side is Rashi Chart D-60 and on the right side is Bhava Chart.
The Maha Dasa is taken from lagna as lagna is stronger from moon with 2 planets placed in it.
Mercury is Badhaka as it is 7 th lord from Rashi Chakra, being the lord of Gemini.
6
Tara Chakra is as follows: 1) Venus – Birth Star 2) Sun -- Wealth Star 3) Moon -- Danger Star 4) Mars -- Well Being 5) Rahu -- Obstacles 6) Jupiter – Achievements 7) Saturn -- Death 8) Mercury – Friends 9) Ketu -- Good Friends Now Sun is placed in Venus Star, Moon in Moon Star, Mars in Sun Star, Rahu in Venus Star, Jupiter in Ketu Star, Venus in Sun Star , Saturn in Mars Star, Mercury in Saturn Star and Finally Ketu in Jupiter Star . So Bad Planets are: - Moon, Rahu, Mercury. Neutral Planets are: - Sun, Saturn Venus. Good Planets are: - Ketu, Jupiter and Mars. 7
So, it is clear that every bad event in native life is going to happen in Moon, Rahu and Mercury periods i.e. Maha dasa, anter dasa etc. etc. Aspect Table is as follows: -
8
Now we are calculating the houses significator: -
Planet
Bhava Place (Bhav a Chart)
Bhava Owne d (Rashi Chart) 9 8 5,12 7,10
Bhava Placed Nakshatr a Lord (Bhava Chart) 9 5 1 2
Bhava Owned Nakshatr a Lord (Rashi Chart) 6, 11 8 9 2,3
Sun Moon Mars Mercur y Jupiter Venus Saturn
1 5 1 7 12 9 2
1,4 6,11 2,3
2 1 1
2,3 9 5,12
Rahu Ketu
8 2
9 2,3
1 12
9 1,4
Houses Aspected in Bhava Chart
4,5,6,7,8,9,10 1,2,8,9,11,12 4,5,7,8,9,10 2,3,4,10,11,12 3,4,6,7,8,9 1,3,4,5,6,12 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,1 2 1,3,4,5,11,12 5,6,7,9,10,11
Now Calculating Functional Operational Planets: a). Maha Dasa Lord; Jupiter b). Antra Dasa Lord; Jupiter c). Nakshatra Lord of Maha Dasa Lord; Ketu d). Planet Placed in Nakshatra of Maha Dasa and Antar Dasa Lord; Ketu d). Planets Placed in rashi of Maha Dasa and Antar Dasa Lord. Sun e). Planets aspected by Maha Dasa Lord. Mercury, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu.

So, Jupiter, Ketu and Sun are positive planets and houses indicated by then will give positive result in the given Maha dasa of Jupiter whereas Mercury, Rahu Saturn are negative planets and will give negative results in the period of Jupiter. Appropriate remedies should be suggested to native. Now the most important thing which is to be followed after deciding the parameters of calculating birth chart and casting the initial birth chart is rectification of birth chart. I had taken this in last is because it will make easy to understand my views. Deities of D-60 chart are calculated in forward and reverse directions so each planet will have two deities. One for Odd and other for Even counting. Total 120 deities. The lagna deity represents the basic instinct of the native. For example, in the given native chart the Lagna deity is number 27 that is Kali Nasha meaning a person who removes sins or evil thought from one`s mind. The other deity will be 60-27+1= 34 that is Ghora Amasa meaning a person involved in big trade, industry and an entrepreneur. So, this is the basic nature of the native. The native is always try to remove evil thoughts from the minds of people he interacted with and always talks about big industry and trade. Similarly, when we see functional operational planets, in this native case currently Jupiter, Sun, Ketu, Saturn, Mercury and Rahu the deities are Jupiter (Kaala and Komola), Sun (Yaksha and Atisheetla), Ketu (Vamshakshaya and Mridu), Saturn (Devamasa and Payodhi), Mercury (Chandra Rekha and Ghora), Rahu (Vamshakshaya and Mridu). The above implies that whenever matters pertaining to a particular house arises the person will act like its functional operational planet deity. 10
Keeping this in mind we can adjust and check whether the lagna of D-60 chart is correct or not. If the lagna is correct then the events of native life will match with the dasa and best readings can be done with remedial measures. For newly born the birth times are almost correct and only adjustments are to be made with reference to their physical observation and corresponding houses in the chart. I hope this algorithm will be helpful in giving readings. Hari Om Tat Sat.
