- Develop prosedures, work instructions, and manual for Project Control, Management, & QA - Create WBS, Contract Master Schedule, & Budgeting (including critical path, milestone, & sequence) - Develop Project Control Tools, Progress and Forecasting measurement rules - Setup and implement communication management (mechanism, stakeholders, tools, frequency, & etc)
- Define procedures related with project preparation functions and activities - Review and develop detail schedule activities & budgeting (critical path, milestones, & sequence) - Develop progress measurement & forecasting in Land Acquisition, Studies, Legal requirements, etc. - Develop communicating item, frequency, format, and media for project preparation

- Review and develop detail schedule activities & budgeting (critical path, milestones, & sequence) - Review & develop progress measurement in procurement, evaluation, fabrication, shipment, etc . - Develop communicating item, frequency, format, and media for Procurement Includes: - Procurement planning, standardization spec, moda transportation, inspection, handover, etc - Prepares docs tender, vendor qualifications, standard evaluation, documentation, and contract drafting - Expediting activities include schedule, requirements, vendor QA, packing plans, shipping, inspection, etc - Monitoring the detail status procurement activities (especially logistic for critical and long lead items) - Monitoring the detail status fabrication activities, material movement, and handover - Review and advise for inventory and material management (lay-out, indoor/outdoor storage, etc) - Assist to monitoring of material/sparepart turnover, movement, and stock - Assist to examining the goods to ensure the specification standard, condition, and compliance

- Review and develop detail schedule activities & budgeting (critical path, milestones, & sequence) - Review & develop progress measurement in testing, commisioning, etc . - Develop communicating item, frequency, format, and media for Commisioning Includes: - Review testing and commisioning plan, detail activities plan, and resources plan - Review all equipment standard setting before start-up based on equipment manual operating procedures - Review raw and supporting material for start-up
