a) The training program should include sufficient examinations to ensure understanding of the necessary Information. b) Recommended training course outline and reference for NDT Level I, II and III personnel used on ANSI/ASNT CP-105. c) The employer who purchases outside training services is responsible for assuring that such services meet the Requirements of the employer’s written practice. An NDT Level III shall be responsible for the administration and grading of examinations, Administration and grading of examinations may be delegated to a qualified representative of the NDT Level III and so recorded.

Certification –
Certification of all level is responsible by employer.
For Lev.I & II - The employer may issue the certificate on his own responsibility.
Employer may engage outside agency on own responsibility.
The employer may accept a valid ASNT NDT Level II certificate as meeting the examination requirements of paragraph 6.3.1 and 6.3.2 if the NDT Level III has determined that the ASNT examinations meet the requirements of the employer's certification procedure.
Certification should maintain on file by employer by duration specified and incl. Name, Level, Statement of completion, Education BG, Result of Vision Test, Exam Copy of evidence, Written Practice, Grade, sign of Lev.III, Date of Certificate

Technical Performance Evaluation Not mentioned NDT personnel may be re-examined any time at the discretion of the employer and have their certificates extended or revoked. Periodically, as defined in the employers written practice, the technical performance of Level I and II personnel should be evaluated and documented by a NDT Level III.

ASNT-SNT-TC-1A:2016 Employer’s written practice should include rules for covering the type of duration of interrupted service and re-exam and recertification.
