ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT ASPECT
In any business or organization, management is one aspect that should not be neglected. According to Donnelly, the application of effective management principles, programs, and techniques in organization must become commonplace whether industries produce automobiles, machine tools, semiconductors, and computers, or are involved in commercial banking , health care, government, or retailing ( Donnelly, 1992:5) By definition, management is the process undertaken by one or more individuals to coordinate the activities of others to achieve results not achievable by one individual acting alone. This section discusses the desirable organizational design, management set-up of personnel, proposed salaries and wages, job description, qualifications and specifications.
Type of Business Organization Since the composed of five (5) ladies each one of has agreed and decided to be partners. The groups preferred to use partnership as a type of business organization. Partnership – is an organization where two or more person binds themselves to contribute money, property, or industry into a common fund with the intention of dividing profits among themselves.
Benefits of partnership type of business we are establishing: o
Partnership is relatively easy to establish; however times should be invested in developing the partnership agreement, in our case there’s no problem about it because we are mostly friends and we are devoted to make our business progress.
o
With more than one owner, the ability to raise funds- Debt vs. Equity maybe increased.
o
Enhanced capital availability. Two or more people will be providing and searching for capital. In addition, funding sources are more likely to entertain financing request because of the broader capital base.
o
The profit from the business flow directly to the business though the partners personal tax return.
o
Higher quality employees. Partnerships tend to attract better employees because of the possibility of becoming a principal in the firm.
o
Easy form. Procedures and expenses are minimized.
o
The business usually benefit from partners who have complementary skills.
o
Better decision- making capability. Two heads are better than one.
o
Managerial flexibility. Generally, important decisions can be quickly, although not as fast in a sole proprietorship.
o
Limited government interference. Like sole proprietorship are normally free of extensive governmental scrutiny.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT The proposed internet café is strategically located at F. Duarte St., Poblacion, Santa Fe, Cebu which is inside the main public market of Santa Fe. It is accessible to the people of the nearby barangays by means of walking. The internet café will be a great help to the students, teachers and researchers in such a way that it will enable them to do their research work faster and with a wider source of information. The business allows the residents of Poblacion, Santa Fe to communicate with their relatives residing or working in the different parts of our country and abroad easily and economically. With the establishment of the internet café, some people will be employed. This will generate income for themselves and for their families. The municipal government will also benefit from the project. The taxes that the business will pay will increase the revenue of the municipality which will be used for more project for the community. Aside from the economic benefits, it will also help divert the attention of the youth from the drugs to the internet. Another usefulness of the project is to enable the residents to understand how computers and the internet can enhance their way of life.
Legal Concern
The Internet is perceived f by many as a borderless place, a world of free access and resources. Although information flows as freely as a river to the sea, there are still restrictions on what one can do with this information. One cannot just copy text or graphics from somebody else’s Web site or download software and distributed it to everybody. Neither can one bad mouth someone else on the Net without being responsible for what one said. The lack of legislation and court experience with the Internet has not made things clear – for now. But to be safe, it is assumed that what is illegal off-line is also illegal online.
Intellectual Property Rights Given the free exchange of information on the Internet, it seems logical that copying programs, documents and images from the Internet is allowable and may be even encouraged. According to Ramos, “Copyright is still enforced in the Internet. But even under our Philippine laws, copyrighted works which are already published , may actually be quoted in part as long as it is faithful quotation and that there is proper accreditation. The moment you start copying the whole work of the author, that different. That becomes copyright infringement. The general rule is that copying and exhibiting per se of another’s work violates the exclusive right to a work” (Ramos, 1996:46) Copying need to be even made for profit for it to become a violation. There are exceptions to the rule, however. When 50 years have elapsed since the author’s death, his work becomes part of the public domain. That is why old works such as Renaissane paintings may be reproduced, Another exception is when the reproduction is exclusively for personal and private use. The Philippine courts have yet define this. In order not to violate the Intellectual Property Rights or copyright laws of the Philippines, original software will be installed on the site server and the Internet station which formed part of the capital outlay of the project
Environmental Concern A review of environmental laws and documents show that the project do not violate any of it as it does not produce any environmental problems such as po llution.
