Students will know how to express the present to describe their likes, dislikes, habits and daily routines.
2. Objectives Terminal lesson objectives: 1. Students will successfully read about the present, habits, and routines. 2. Students will successfully write about the present, their habits, routines and states. Enabling objectives: a. Students will practice, comprehend and produce necessary vocabulary for this topic. b. Students will identify habits, routines, states with the Present Simple while reading short texts. c. Students will read and analyze a short text through different activities to check comprehension. d. Students will write statements using appropriate verb forms to describe present. (Grammar activity) e. Students will write a short 6 lines-letter to an imaginary pen-pal telling him/her a little about his/her life. (Their routines, habits, like and dislikes etc.) f. As homework students will write a short description of a famous person and his/her habits, likes or dislikes.

They will work individualy. At the end of the exercise the teacher will discuss with the students the answers and will clarify some doubts that could possibly arrive in the process .
