2. Eco-Resort and Convention Centre at Karappuzha An eco-resort uses nature friendly resources for everything from construction to cleaning. These resorts also recycle many of the items and try to minimize the ecological impact. Eco resorts typically have a focus on learning new ways to live and in appreciating the natural surroundings.
Convention centers typically offer sufficient floor area to accommodate several thousand attendees. Convention centers typically have at least one auditorium and may also contain concert halls, lecture halls, meeting rooms, conference rooms etc. Features of Proposed Area Karapuzha dam is the largest irrigation based dam site is set amidst picturesque surrounding. It is a great place for landscape photography and nature walks. The Dam's reservoir with partially submerged hills & lush green islands is an ideal breeding ground for aquatic birds. The backdrop of the gushing water from the dam against the verdant mountains makes for a picturesque spot. An extent of 20 Acres is available for development.
