Julio is a Director of Monsalve & Panza Ltd, an engineering consultancy dedicated to pipeline design projects, pipeline integrity programs and support to pipeline operators. He has been involved in the design of multiple phase flow lines where he has developed an indepth knowledge regarding pipeline design and pipeline construction projects management, whilst he has been a key player generating excellent synergy between operations, maintenance and design management to achieve success on critical operational troubles.
