LIMITATIONS
I. 1ithin the short span of time aailable and considering the large organization% it has not been possible to make a complete and e-haustie study. ata was collected and analyzed on the basis of questionnaires. II. Eo secondary data and preious records based on studies made earlier related to the subject were aailable at the time% which would hae gien a better insight about the topic. III. ;ome of the employees seemed to be reluctant in sharing their iew and reealing their feelings regarding certain dimensions mentioned in the questionnaires. I. 8any of the employees who were willing to cooperate with us in our research studies% were not able to find sufficient time as they seemed to be quiet busy and oerload with their work.

Organization should keep the eyes on the recruitment process they should recruit the employees from outside as well means from where they get the employees they should recruit them.

/s the organization is growing faster they should emphasis on the Job ;atisfaction een though their Job ;atisfaction programs are quite good.
•
Organization should regularly gie the increment on the salary so that who are not satisfied they would become also satisfied.
•
Organization should analyze the training methods and should adopt those methods which are good for the employees and promotion actiities should be good so that employees are satisfied as we know this is the basic requirement of the success.

There are the following conclusions come up after the research of the project by filling the questionnaire&
