NOTE Running-in of Motorcycle Maintenance of the motorcycle during the first 1600 km is the most vital part of its entire motorcycle life. If the running-in is conducted in accordance with the schedule, then a longest service life can be assured and the top performance of the new motorcycle can be fully achieved.

Please read this manual carefully and stand by the key rules. The words of “Note”, “Caution” and “Attention” are used here to indicate the degree of importance. Please make sure that you understand fully the meanings as follows:
Motorcycle riding is one of the most exciting sports activity. You are advised to fully understand the rules and requirements as stipulated in this manual. This instruction manual covers the proper operation and maintenance procedures so as to ensure the maximum performance and life span of your motorcycle. Our company is equipped with professional technical maintenance personnel and department, which is able to provide you with high quality technical maintenance services. Believing in the principle of “customer first” our company put together great efforts to develop top quality products and performance.
Note : This is for the maintenance or more important events explanations. Caution : This is for the operating specifications of the motorcycle. Attention : This is for the important procedures that may endanger safety of the rider or would bring injuries if ignored.

Safety Notes This instruction manual is a permanent document of this motorcycle and if this motorcycle is sold to another purchaser, it should be transferred to the said purchaser.
For safety purposes, the rider should be particularly careful with understanding on the safety notes before riding.
Safety Riding Rules This is an on-road motorcycle and not a competition type or an off-road riding vehicle; otherwise all consequences are to be under the responsibility of the rider. 2. Have a complete inspection before starting the engine so as to prevent possible accidents or damages of motorcycle parts. 3. The rider shall pass the examinations regulated by the Road & Transport Department and receive the driving license before riding the motorcycle. Never lend it to any people without a driving license. 4. To avoid damages by other motor vehicles, the rider shall try his/ her best to be noticed by other people including: - Wearing bright clothes; - Keeping away from other motor vehicles; 5. The rider shall stand by the national local laws and rules; - Speeding is one the key reasons of accidents. So keep the speed within the limit as stipulated by the authorities. 6. Turn on the headlamp so as to be noticed by other road users when negotiating corners or changing lanes. 7. Ride cautiously on fast lanes, crossways and passageways in parking areas. 8. During riding the motorcycle, the rider should hold the handles
with both hands and with both feet on the pedals while the passenger should hold the motorcycle or the rider with both his/her hands with both feet on the passenger pedals. 9. Any re-configuration or disassembly of the parts would affect the maintenance data and the safety of the rider. 10. The arrangement of accessories shall not affect the safety of the rider and the operation performance of the motorcycle but overloading the electrical systems would effect the safety of the motorcycle. Helmet & Protection Clothes 1.

For the purpose of personal safety, the rider should wear a safety helmet and a mask or goggles, and also special boots, gloves and protection clothes. The passenger shall also wear a safety helmet. The exhaust system would burn during riding and a short moment after turning off the engine. Never touch it during this period and the rider and passenger shall wear a pair of long boots or the clothes that can cover the legs. Don’t wear those loose clothes that could be trapped by the control levers, starting sets, pedals or wheels.

Make sure the motorcycle is locked every time you park and take off the keys. If it is possible, park your motorcycle in a closed parking area.
Serial Number Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and the Serial Number are used for the registration of the motorcycle. It would also be used to ensure that the distribution department could provide you with better services which involve in purchasing of accessories or other consignment services. Remember the numbers for the said possible uses in the future.

(Off) All the circuits are at off-state. (On) Ignition is on and start the engine.
Steering Lock
Off
To steer the turning orientation, turn the handle faucet to left, insert the ignition switch key into the steering lock, push down and counter rotate. The key can be pulled out once locked.
Once the steering lock is locked, don’t push the motorcycle, otherwise it would be overturned.
Don’t forget to lock the steering lock when parking the vehicle.

Fuel Cock Lever
OFF (0) : Turn the switch to the “•” position, fuel will not flow into the carburetor from the tank fuel. Turn off the switch when not in use.
Fuel Tank Lock
When re-fuelling, open the dust cap, insert the key and counter rotate. And turn it clockwise after re-fuelling.
ON (1): Turn the switch to the “ ” position, fuel will flow into the carburetor from the host supply. Reserve Position (2) : Turn the switch to position “ ” (RES),when fuel is encounter minimum level.

High Beam Flasher Button
High Beam & Low Beam Push the button to turn from high beam to low beam or vice versa.
Choke It is used to start up when engine is cold. Adjust the valve according to directions symbol.
Turning Signal Indicators
High Beam Flasher Button
It is used to show the rider’s intention to change direction or lane. Turn the switch to the middle position to release the orders.
It is used to attract the attention of other road users in case of danger. The function is inactive when the high beam is on.
Failure to switch the turn indicators on or off at the right time may cause an accident. Always switch on the indicators before turning or changing lanes. Then be sure to switch off the indicators after completing the operation.
Horn Button It is used to attract attention of other road users in case of danger. Press the button to sound the horn.

Throttle Grip
Engine Stop Switch It is used to switch off the engine in an emergency. The ignition circuit is disable, preventing the engine from being restarted. To enable to restart the engine, return the switch to the “ ON “ position.
Throttle Grip It controls the fuel-air mixture supplied to the engine, which regulates engine speed. To increase engine speed, rotate the hand grip from its idle position counterclockwise.
Under normal conditions, do not used this switch to shut off the engine.
Self Starter Button It is used to start the engine. Press down on the button, the starter motor operates and then start the engine.
To avoid damaging the electrical equipment, be sure not to hold down the button for longer than 5 consecutive seconds. If, after some attempts, the engine does not start, contact your authorized KEEWAY service center.

Kick Starter
Side Stand
The kick starter is located on the right side of the engine, which can only be kicked on when in neutral position.
Side stand (1) is on the left side of the motorcycle. Put it on the right position when parking.

Turn the kick starter to its normal position once the engine is started.

Don’t park the motorcycle on a slope as it could overturn.
Shift Pedal Lever This motorcycle is equipped with five-speed constant mesh gearbox, as shown in the diagram. To change into first gear, push the lever down. To shift into second gear, lift the lever up. Lifting the lever up repeatedly engages all the other gears in succession up to the fith gear.
Slow down the motorcycle when turning to the low gear. By speeding up the engine before engaging the clutch, unnecessary wear and tear of the driving system parts and the rear tyres can be avoided.
When the motorcycle is stopped and the engine is at an idle speed, it is hard to turn back to the neutral position. Don’t push hard on the shift pedal lever, which would damage the shift structures.

Right operation: Increase the accelerator to speed up the engine so that you can feel the transmission is free to turn to the neutral position.

When the transmission is on neutral postion, the indicator lamp would turn on. Slowly loosen the clutch lever to make sure the transmission is on the neutral position.
Only operate the gear changing with the clutch lever fully pulled.

Motorcycle Kits
Press down on the front brake lever, the front wheel brakes can be engaged and the stop lamp would turn on.
The kits are located inside of the left protective plate (A in the figure), which can help with some simple maintenance work and changing spare parts during the rides.
Step on the rear brake pedal, the rear wheel brakes can be engaged and the stop lamp would turn on.

Once the engine is started, turn the choke valve to the middle position so that the engine can fully warm-up. And then turn the choke lever to the fully open position, under which when the engine operates smoothly, the engine is considered completely warmed-up.

neutral light is on. When the engine is hard to start, it is not advisable to use the choke return system.
Don’t start the engine in a poorly ventilated room or without a ventilation facility. Don’t leave the vehicle unattended once started.
Don’t operate the engine and left it idle for a long time as could be overheated and the inside parts of the engine would be damaged. Motorcycle Riding Press the clutch lever for a while and then step on the gear lever, the first gear is shifted. Turn the throttle grip and slowly, steadily loosen the clutch lever so that the motorcycle begins to move. Transmission The transmission can help the engine with a normal and steady operation. The rider shall choose an appropriate speed but not glide the clutch to speed up. It is advisable to slow down so that the engine can operate normally. Slope Riding When climbing a steep road, change to a lower gear in case it looses momentum. When descending, change to a lower gear for added braking power. Don’t over revolution the engine. Braking and Parking To decelerate, turn the throttle to off and apply the front and back brake equally. Change to lower gear to slow down. Before the motorcycle is stopped, press on the clutch lever and close the throttle before shifting neutral. Watch the neutral indicator lamp to check it whether 18
An inexperienced rider would always like to use the back brake, which would speed up its abrasion of the back tyre due to the extended stopping distance. It is dangerous to use only the front or back brake, which could result in skidding or lost of control. On wet roads, other slippery surfaces and turning ways, always use the brake lightly and carefully. It is especially dangerous to use hard braking. It should be parked on a firm and flat ground. If the motorcycle has to be stopped on a slope with the side stand, shift it for a gear to prevent sliding make sure to turn it to the neutral position before starting the engine. “ position to switch off the engine • Turn ignition switch to “ • Take off the key from the switch. • Turn the fuel cock lever to “ • ” position. • Lock steering lock for security.
The higher the speed, the longer braking distance. Keep a safe braking distance between the motorcycle and your front vehicles or other objects.
Running-in For riding this new motorcycle within it’s first 1,000 km, the engine should not be operated over the allowed revolutions and all the gears shall not be over rotated within 80% of its highest rotation speed; do not operate the throttle under a fully open position and change the gears in time so that the engine would not be subjected to over revolution. It is strongly recommended to use the motorcycle very carefully during its running-in period so as to ensure a prolonged service life. From the original running-in to the first 300 km., the motor oil strainer should be cleaned and the accelerator tightwire clearance should be re-adjusted to what is stipulated in the specifications.
Inspection & Maintenance The maintenance limit for mileages are as follows: It should be tested, inspected, lubricated and maintained as specified. The primary components including steering system, bearing and wheel system shall be maintained by professional personnel. It is recommended to refer to the entrusted dealership or the qualified maintenance staffs for the inspection and maintenance.
Maintenance after running-in of the first 1000 km is necessary and should be carried out as specified.

Spark Plug During the first 1,000 km and at every 4,000 km, use a small metal brush or spark plug cleaner to wipe off the carbon deposit that is attached to the spark plug and readjust the clearance between electrodes to 0.5mm - 0.7mm with a clearance thickness measuring grid. Replace the spark plug after every 8,000 km.

Don’t screw down the spark plug too tight as such actions would damage the screw thread on the cylinder head. When taking off the plug, don’t let any dirt enter the engine via the spark plug inlet hole.

Engine Oil The capacity of the engine oil is 1 liter. Check the oil level before starting the engine. Park the vehicle straight on a flat surface when checking the oil level, which should be at the measuring scale of oil filler cap (1) or between the upper and lower level gauge (2). Fill in the standard engine oil to the upper limit through the oil plug.

Battery This motorcycle is equipped with maintenance-free battery, located inside the right side of the panel body. There is no necessity to inspect the fluid level or add electrolyte. Please contact the authorised dealer or maintenance centre as soon as possible when you encounter lack of power, hard starting, pale light or fade horn. Please note that frequent starting, short distance riding, long-time low-speed running, frequent braking or additional electrical parts installations would result in faster discharging and load suffering, which would result power shortage and service life shorter of battery.
Don’t reverse the leads, which could damage the circuit system and accumulator. The red lead is for anode (+) and black lead is for cathode (-). Don’t forget to switch off the power (key) when inspecting or replacing the battery.
Carburetor A stable vaporization is the basis of the engine’s performance. The carburetor has been regulated to its best condition in the factory, which must not be changed. What you need to do is to check on the freeplay of throttle cable and idle speed. Idle Speed Adjustment of Carburetor For an accurate idle speed adjustment, the engine should be under a normal operating temperature. Stand the motorcycle in vertical position and start the engine to warm up. Adjust the idle speed with air damper limit screw (A). Idle speed: 1,400±100r/min

Adjustment of Throttle Control Make sure it operates smoothly from the fully-open to fully-close positions while turning the steering to fully right and left position. Measure the free play of the throttle grip. Standard free play: 10°-15°. Screw down the locknut and rotate the adjuster to adjust the free play. Adjustment of Clutch The free play of the clutch cable shall be from 10 to 20mm. Adjustment is as follows:Loose the locknut A Screw in or out the adjust screw and adjust the screw B to make sure the free play is in compliance with requirements. Screw down locknut A.

A
Drive Chain Appropriate lubricant and adjustment is needed for its service life. Frequent maintenance is needed to prolong chain life. Adjustment of Driving Chain: Adjust the looseness of the chain from 10 to 15mm at every 1000 km interval. This is the maximum interval for adjustment. Actually it should be regularly checked before riding. Over looseness would make the chain fall off the path, which can result in accidents or severe damage to the engine.
Adjust the chain as follows: 1. Prop the motorcycle; 2. Loosen the rear axle nut; 3. Loosen the chain adjuster nut; 4. Rotate the adjust bolt to the left or right to adjust the looseness and keep the front and back sprocket in a line. Reference marks are made on the swing arms and adjusters, which can be aimed at and taken as references from one point to the other. Keep the looseness between 10 and 15mm, readjust the rear axle nut and have a final inspection. Check the front and rear sprocket for any signs of worn out before changing the chain.
The chain head-clamp is on the open end, install it in reverse direction of running.

The chain wheels could be damaged with the problems found as above mentioned. Check the following parts: 1. 2. 3.
Lubrication of the Drive Chain The driving chain lubricant shall be used in preference to motor oil or other lubricants. This lubricant is available in most of the motorcycle agencies. Infuse the chain links so that the lubricant can reach every chain plate, pin, bush and roller. Brake This motorcycle uses disk brakes on the front and back wheels. A correct braking operation is very important for a safe ride. Remember to refer to the dealership for a regular inspection on the braking system. Brake Fluid Don’t forget to check the brake fluid level in the front and rear brake fluid reservoir. Add appropriate brake fluid in compliance with needs.

Check the front and rear wheel brake pads whether have been used to it’s limits. If “A” is smaller than 1.5mm, change the pad.

Free Play of Front and Rear Braking Front braking free play: 10-20mm. Rear braking free play: 20-30mm. “Free play” is the distance of the front braking end moved by braking handle (pedal), which should operate smoothly with appropriate free play.

The disk braking system adopts high pressure braking. For the sake of security, the oil pressure pipe and brake fluid should be changed in compliance with requirements stated in the manual. Don’t operate the front brake handle once the front wheel is taken off. Check the braking system everyday as follows: Whether there is a leakage on the front and rear wheel braking systems; Whether there is a leakage or a crack on the oil pressure pipe; Keep certain reversed pressure on the brake lever and brake pedal. Check abrasion condition of the front and rear wheel brake pads.
Don’t drive it as soon as a new brake pad is replaced. Hold and loose the brake lever several times so that the pad can fully extend to its normal setting pressure and the brake fluid can operate normally.

Rear Shock Absorber Inspection of Rear Shock Absorber Apply force from the upper side of the seat cushion as the arrowhead shows. Don’t push from the upper tail silencer, which could damage the motorcycle.

Maintenance of Air Filter
Air filter should be regularly maintained, especially when riding in areas full of dust and sand. 1. Take off the right protection plate (A); 2. Take off bolts on lids of air filter; 3. Take off lid; 4. Take out filter element; 5. Wash the filter element in clean washing oil and make it dry; 6. Soak the filter element in clean oil and squeeze off the extra oil; 7. Reinstall all the parts in the reversed order.

Use the same specification bulb. The highpower bulb would increase loading on the circuit system and could result in power shortage and other malfunction to the battery.
Those highly flammable materials like gasoline and other low burning point flux should not be used for cleaning the filter element.
Adjustment of Head Lamp
The adjustment bolt of the head lamp is set below the lamp, which can be adjusted left and right with a cross-screwdriver to get a proper illumination.
Replacing of Fuse The fuse tube is located next to the battery. Frequent blow-up of the fuse indicates a short circuit or overloading. Contact the dealership for maintenance.
It is unsafe to use other specification of fuse, which could result in severe malfunction like burning, firing or losing traction of the engine.
Replacing of Bulbs Replacing of Head Lamp Bulb Take off the head lamp, lamp holder and replace the bulb with a same specification one. To re-assemble the head lamp, set it up in the reverse order. Replacing of Front Turning Signal Light Take off the lamp, bolts on the lamp and open the cover to change a same specification bulb. And then set back the cover and the light. Replacing of Rear Turning Signal Light Change the rear turning light at an authorised maintenance center that was approved by the dealer.
Importance of Lubrication
A right amount of lubricant can help the components of your motorcycle to work normally, prolong the service life and make it safe to ride. It is recommended that you should lubricate your motorcycle after a long-time riding, getting wet and/or washing, as follows: • • • • • •
Lubricant. • Grease. • Pin roller clutch handle Linker and hook spring support base. Roll Pin shifter pedal. Roll Pin the front brake lever.
Throttle cable. Shaft, rear brake pedal.

Exceeding the specified tyre pressure would result in abrasion of its tread and could compromise safety. Insufficient tyre pressure could cause skidding. Over-worn tyres have lower traction to the road surface and are very dangerous for riding.

Storage Guideline Storage: If you intend to store your motorcycle for a long time, please take appropriate maintenance measures so as to protect it’s condition, including: 1. Change the engine oil; 2. Lubricate the driving chain; 3. Empty the fuel tank and carburetor oil.

Clean and dry the motorcycle and wax the painted surface; Charge the tyres under the recommended pressure. Set the motorcycle on pads with tires from the floor;
Usage after Storage Take off the cover and clean the motorcycle. Change the motor oil after over 4 months of storage. Have a comprehensive inspection on the motorcycle before riding. Run in it at low speed in a safe area away from the street.
For over one month storage, it is very important to empty the carburetor fuel so as to maintain the normal performance after storage. 4.
Take off spark plug and pour (15-20cm3) clean motor oil into combustion chamber/cylinder, operate the pedal starter for several times to spread the oil and then reinstall the spark plug;

Ini adalah motosikal jenis on-road dan bukan untuk pertandingan serta off-road. Semua risiko akan ditanggung oleh penunggang Pemeriksaan motosikal yang lengkap digalakkan untuk mencegah berlakunya kemalangan serta kerosakan bahagian motosikal. Penunggang perlu lulus dalam peperiksaan yang dikawal selia oleh Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan dan menerima lesen memandu sebelum menunggang motosikal. Jangan sesekali meminjamkan motosikal kepada sesiapa yang tidak mempunyai lesen. Bagi mengelakkan kerosakan oleh kenderaan lain, penunggang harus cuba yang terbaik supaya dilihat oleh orang lain. Antaranya adalah: a.Memakai pakaian yang berwarna cerah b. Mengelakkan diri daripada kenderaan lain. Penunggang harus mematuhi peraturan dan undang-undang jalan raya: a. Menunggang melebihi had laju adalah punca utama ber lakunya kemalangan. Oleh itu, penunggang harus sentiasa menunggang mengikut had laju yang telah ditetapkan. Menghidupkan lampu isyarat sebelum membelok. Menunggang secara berhati-hati di lorong laju, persimpangan dan kawasan letak kereta.

Semasa menunggang motosikal, penunggang perlu meletakkan kedua-dua tangan di pemegang dan kedua-dua kaki di pedal sementara pembonceng harus memegang motosikal atau penunggang dengan kedua-dua tangan dengan kedua-dua kaki atas pedal. 9. Sebarang konfigurasi semula atau peleraian bahagian akan menjejaskan data penyelenggaraan serta keselamatan penunggang. 10. Susunan aksesori harus tidak menjejaskan keselamatan penunggang dan operasi prestasi motosikal tetapi muatan sistem elektrik yang berlebihan akan memberi kesan kepada keselamatan motosikal. Topi Keledar dan Pakaian Perlindungan 1.

Bagi tujuan keselamatan individu, penunggang harus sentiasa memakai topi keledar, topeng muka, pelindung mata, kasut, sarung tangan dan pakaian keselamatan. Pembonceng juga perlu memakai topi keledar. Sistem ekzos akan panas buat sementara waktu selepas enjin dimatikan. Jangan sentuh sistem ekzos buat sementara waktu. Jangan memakai pakaian yang longgar yang boleh tersangkut pada tuil kawalan, penghidup hentak, pedal atau roda.

Setiasa memastikan motosikal dikunci dan kuncinya dikeluarkan setiap kali anda meletakkan motosikal. Jika boleh, letakkan motosikal di kawasan meletak kenderaan yang tertutup.
Nombor Siri Nombor Identiti Kenderaan (VIN) dan nombor siri digunakan untuk pendaftaran motosikal. Ia juga untuk memastikan bahagian pengedaran boleh memberikan anda perkhidmatan yang lebih baik. Nombor tersebut hendaklah disimpan untuk penggunaan pada masa akan datang. (A) Nombor Identiti Kenderaan (VIN) dicetak pada sebelah kanan Tiub Pemegang. Semasa mengisi minyak, buka penutup, masukkan kunci dan putar ke arah lawan jam. Putar semula ke arah berlawanan selepas selesai.
ON (1): Pusingkan suis ke kedudukan “ ”, minyak dari hos pembekal tidak mengalir ke dalam kaburator. Posisi Simpanan (2) : Pusingkan suis ke kedudukan “ ” (RES), apabila minyak di kedudukan minima.

Penukar Lampu Isyarat Belok
Butang Pengelip Lampu Tinggi
Digunakan untuk menunjukkan jika penunggang ingin menukar laluan atau arah. Tukar suis ke posisi tengah untuk mematikan lampu isyarat belok.
Digunakan untuk mengambil perhatian pengguna jalan raya yang lain jika terdapat bahaya. Pengelip tidak akan berfungsi semasa lampu tinggi dinyalakan.
Gagal untuk menukar penunjuk lampu isyarat belok pada masa yang sepatutnya boleh menyebabkan kemalangan. Sentiasa nyalakan lampu isyarat belok sebelum membelok atau menukar laluan dan pastikan lampu isyarat dimatikan selepas selesai.
Butang Hon Digunakan untuk mengambil perhatian pengguna jalan raya yang lain jika terdapat bahaya. Tekan butang untuk membunyikan hon.

Suis Mematikan Enjin Digunakan untuk mematikan enjin semasa kecemasan. Litar akan dimatikan dan enjin tidak boleh dihidupkan semula. Tukar suis ke “ON” untuk menghidupkan enjin semula.
Pendikit Mengawal campuran udara dan bahan api yang dibekalkan ke enjin dan mengawal kelajuan enjin. Pulas pendikit melawan arah jam untuk meningkatkan kelajuan enjin.
Jangan gunakan suis ini untuk mematikan enjin jika tiada kecemasan.
Butang Penghidup Sendiri Digunakan untuk menghidupkan enjin.
Untuk mengelakkan kerosakan komponen elektrikal, jangan tekan butang melebihi 5 saat. Jika enjin tidak hidup selepas beberapa kali percubaan, hubungi pusat servis KEEWAY yang sah.

Tuil Penghidup Hentak
Tongkat Kaki
Tuil penghidup hentak terletak pada bahagian sebelah kanan enjin. Ia hanya boleh dipijak semasa gear berada di posisi neutral.
Tongkat Kaki (1) terletak di sebelah kanan motosikal. Letak semula ke posisi asal semasa parkir.

Letakkan kembali tuil penghidup hentak ke posisi asal selepas enjin dihidupkan.

Jangan letakkan motosikal di kawasan yang curam kerana boleh menyebabkan motosikal terbalik.
Tuil Penukar Gear Motosikal ini dilengkapi dengan kotak gear 5 kelajuan seperti yang ditunjukkan di dalam diagram. Tekan tuil ke bawah untuk menukar ke gear pertama. Tarik tuil ke atas untuk menukar ke gear kedua dan ke gear seterusnya.
Perlahankan motosikal apabila menukar ke gear rendah. Kerosakan bahagian sistem enjin dapat dielakkan dengan meningkatkan kelajuan enjin sebelum menarik klac.
Agak sukar untuk kembalikan gear ke posisi neutral semasa motosikal berhenti dan enjin melahu. Jangan tekan tuil penukar gear dengan terlalu kuat. Ini boleh merosakkan struktur penukar gear.

Operasi yang betul: Tingkatkan kelajuan enjin. Dengan ini anda dapat merasa transmisi dalam keadaan bebas kemudian tukar gear ke posisi neutral.

Apabila transmisi berada di posisi neutral, lampu penunjuk akan menyala. Lepaskan klac secara perlahan-lahan untuk memastikan transmisi berada ke posisi neutral semula.
Pastikan tuil klac ditarik sepenuhnya semasa membuat penukaran gear.

Tarik tuil brek hadapan, brek tayar hadapan akan berfungsi dan lampu brek akan menyala.
Kit terletak di dalam plet pelindung di bahagian kiri (Figura A). Ini dapat membantu untuk beberapa penyelenggaraan ringkas dan menukar alat ganti semasa perjalanan.

Jangan hidupkan enjin di kawasan pengudaraan yang tidak sempurna. Jangan tinggalkan motosikal tanpa pengawasan selepas enjin dihidupkan. Jangan biarkan enjin melahu terlalu lama. Ini boleh menyebabkan enjin terlalu panas dan merosakkan bahagian dalaman enjin.

Penunggangan Motosikal Tarik tuil klac untuk seketika dan kemudian tekan tuil gear untuk tukar ke gear pertama. Pulas pemecut dan lepaskan tuil klac secara perlahan-lahan supaya motosikal mula bergerak. Transmisi Transmisi yang baik boleh membantu enjin beroperasi secara normal dan stabil. Penunggang hendaklah memilih kelajuan yang bersesuaian tetapi jangan menekan klac untuk menambah kelajuan. Penunggangan di kawasan curam Semasa mendaki kawasan curam, motosikal mungkin akan perlahan sedikit kerana kehilangan kuasa, tukar ke gear rendah sekiranyan kehilangan momentum berlaku . Semasa memperlahankan motosikal, tukar ke gear rendah untuk menambah kuasa membrek.
Penunggang kurang pengalaman kerap menggunakan brek belakang. Ini boleh menyebabkan tayar haus dengan cepat kerana jarak berhenti yang berlanjutan. Jangan menggunakan brek hadapan atau belakang sahaja kerana ini boleh menyebabkan tayar gelincir atau hilang kawalan. Brek dengan lembut dan berhati-hati di atas jalan/permukaan yang licin. Brek mengejut adalah merbahaya. Parkir di kawasan yang rata dan keras. Sekiranya terpaksa parkir di kawasan curam, masukkan gear supaya motosikal tidak meluncur. Jarak berhenti semakin jauh jika laju. Pastikan jarak yang selamat di antara kenderaan di hadapan anda.
Running-in Untuk 1000 km yang pertama, elakkan dari menggunakan pendikit penuh dan tukar gear pada masa yang tepat supaya enjin tidak berada dalam tekanan berlebihan. Gunakan motosikal dengan berhati-hati semasa dalam tempoh “run-in” untuk memastikan jangka hayat motosikal yang panjang.
Untuk 300km yang pertama, penapis minyak enjin hendaklah dicuci dan kabel pemecut hendaklah disesuaikan semula mengikut spesifikasi.
Pemeriksaan & Penyelenggaraan Had penyelenggaraan untuk jarak batuan adalah seperti berikut: Ia hendaklah diuji, diperiksa, dilincirkan dan diselenggarakan seperti yang ditetapkan. Komponen utama termasuklah sistem Penghala Semula, bearing dan sistem roda hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh orang yang profesional. Adalah disarankan untuk merujuk kepada jabatan perdagangan yang diamanahkan atau kakitangan penyelenggaraan berkelayakan untuk pemeriksaan dan penyelenggaraan.
Penyelenggaraan selepas “running-in” 1000km yang pertama adalah perlu dijalankan seperti yang ditetapkan.

Palam Pencucuh Semasa 1000km yang pertama dan setiap 4000km, gunakan berus dawai kecil atau pembersih palam pencucuh untuk membersihkan karbon yang melekat pada palam pencucuh dan selaras semula kelegaan antara elektrod ke 0.5mm-0.7mm dengan menggunakan grid pengukur kelegaan. Gantikan palam pencucuh setiap 8000km.

Bateri Jangan putar palam pencucuh terlalu ketat. Ini boleh merosakkan benang skru pada silinder. Pastikan tiada kekotoran masuk ke dalam enjin melalui lubang palam pencucuh semasa palam ditanggalkan.

Rantai Pemacu Pelincir dan penyelarasan yang sesuai diperlukan untuk menjamin jangka hayat rantai. Penyelenggaraan yang tidak sesuai boleh menyebabkan pengaratan awal terhadap rantai. Pastikan penyelenggaraan yang kerap untuk kegunaan kasar.
Periksa keadaan sproket hadapan dan belakang jika terdapat tanda-tanda kehausan sebelum menukar rantai.
Penyelarasan Rantai Periksa tahap kelonggaran rantai dari 10 ke 20mm setiap 1000km. Anda juga boleh selaraskan mengikut cara tunggangan anda.
Pasang semula klip rantai pada arah bertentangan dengan arah pusingan rantai.
Klip
Sebaiknya, periksa rantai setiap kali sebelum memulakan perjalanan. Rantai yang longgar boleh menyebabkan rantai terlucut, yang boleh menyebabkan kemalangan atau kerosakan yang serius kepada enjin.

Minyak Pelincir Rantai Pemacu Minyak pelincir rantai pemacu hendaklah menggunakan minyak pelincir motor atau jenis pelincir yang lain. Minyak pelincir ini boleh didapati di mana-mana kedai motosikal. Lumurkan pada rantai supaya pelincir mengenai setiap plat rantai,pin, bush dan roller. Brek Motosikal ini menggunakan cakera brek pada tayar hadapan dan belakang. Operasi membrek yang betul adalah penting untuk penunggangan yang selamat. Pastikan merujuk kepada pengedar yang sah untuk pemeriksaan sistem brek. Minyak Brek Jangan lupa untuk periksa tahap minyak brek depan dan belakang. Isi minyak brek yang bersesuaian.

Pad Brek
10-20mm
Periksa sistem brek setiap hari seperti berikut: 1. Jika terdapat kebocoran pada sistem brek hadapan dan belakang; 2. Jika terdapat kebocoran atau keretakan pada paip tekanan minyak; 3. Periksa talaan tekanan pada tuil dan pedal brek. 4. Periksa keadaan geseran pada pad brek hadapan dan belakang.
Periksa jika pad brek hadapan dan belakang telah digunakan sehingga hadnya. Tukar pad jika “A” lebih kecil dari 1.5mm. Jarak Bebas Brek Hadapan dan Belakang Jarak bebas brek hadapan: 10-20mm. Jarak bebas brek belakang: 20-30mm. “Jarak Bebas” ialah jarak apabila tuil brek ditarik atau pedal brek ditekan dimana ia sepatutnya beroperasi dengan lancar.

Sistem cakera brek menghasilkan cengkaman yang kuat. Untuk keselamatan, paip tekanan minyak dan minyak brek harus ditukar mengikut keperluan seperti yang dinyatakan di dalam buku panduan. Jangan tarik brek hadapan semasa tayar hadapan dikeluarkan.
Jangan mulakan tunggangan sebaik sahaja pad brek baru ditukar. Tarik dan lepaskan tuil brek beberapa kali untuk memastikan pad brek berfungsi sepenuhnya seperti sediakala dan minyak brek beroperasi seperti normal.

Penyerap Hentakan Belakang Pemeriksaan Penyerap Hentakan Belakang. Berikan tekanan di atas kusyen tempat duduk seperti yang ditunjukkan anak panah. Jangan tekan di bahagian belakang kerana ini boleh merosakkan motosikal.

Penyelenggaraan Penapis Udara Penapis udara hendaklah diselenggara dengan kerap terutamanya apabila menunggang di kawasan berdebu dan berpasir. 1. Tanggalkan plat penghadang kanan (A); 2. Tanggalkan bolt pada penapis udara; 3. Tanggalkan penutup; 4. tanggalkan penapis; 5. Basuh penapis menggunakan minyak pembersih dan pastikan ia kering; 6. Rendam penapis didalam minyak dan keluarkan minyak lebihan; 7. Pasang semula semua bahagian.
Jangan gunakan bahan yang mudah terbakar untuk membersihkan penapis.

Penyelarasan Lampu Hadapan
Bolt penyelarasan lampu hadapan terletak di bawah lampu. Ia boleh diselaraskan ke kiri dan ke kanan dengan menggunakan pemutar skru mata Phillips untuk mendapatkan pencahayaan yang sesuai.
Mengganti Fius
Tiub fius terletak disebelah bateri. Kekerapan fius terbakar mungkin disebabkan litar pintas atau kuasa berlebihan. Hubungi pusat servis yang disahkan untuk penyelenggaraan. Adalah bahaya jika menggunakan fius yang berlainan spesifikasi kerana boleh menyebabkan kebakaran, atau enjin kehilangan kuasa.
Mengganti Mentol Mengganti Mentol Lampu Hadapan Tanggalkan lampu hadapan dan gantikan mentol yang terbakar dengan mentol baru yang mengikut spesifikasi. Mengganti Lampu Isyarat Hadapan Tanggalkan lampu dan buka penutup untuk menggantikan mentol mengikut spesifikasi. Mengganti Lampu Isyarat Belakang Ganti lampu isyarat belakang di pusat servis yang sah. Mengganti Lampu Belakang Mentol LED lampu belakang tidak boleh ditukar sesuka hati. Penyelenggaraan terdapat di semua pusat servis yang disahkan.
Kepentingan Pelincir
Pelincir yang mencukupi membantu komponen motosikal berfungsi dengan normal, memanjangkan jangka hayat dan memastikan penunggangan yang selamat. Disarankan untuk meletak pelincir selepas perjalanan yang jauh, basah, seperti berikut: • • • • • • •

Tekanan tayar yang mencukupi adalah asas kepada prestasi yang stabil, penunggangan yang selesa dan kukuh. Jangan cuba betulkan tayar yang rosak, ini boleh memburukkan lagi kestabilan dan reabiliti.

Panduan Penyimpanan Penyimpanan: Jika anda berhasrat untuk menyimpan motosikal anda untuk jangka masa yang panjang, sila ambil langkah-langkah penyelenggaraan yang sesuai sebagai perlindungan, termasuk: 1.
