ABSTRACT 0oday the life of man is simple and comfortable as various resources are available for each and process that a person has to perform in his day to day life, and and thes thesee reso resour urce cess and and e1ui e1uipm pmen entt help helpss the the pers person on to perfo perform rm his his work work in efficient and less time consuming manner. 0oday, the four wheeler means a car avai availa labl blee for for more more than than %&2 %&2 peop people less in the the urba urban n area areas. s. 0her 0heree are are many many e1uipments are designed so that any operation re1uired to be done on a car can be done easily and in a shorter period of time as possible. 0here is a problem that can be considered as time consuming and re1uires more effort which is the opening of wheel of a car for its replacement or any other operation. 0oday 0oday the unit of a wheel are opened by one of which re1uires more efforts and consume a lot of time for this problem the multi nut remover remover is an solution. Multi Multi nut remover is a special special purpose tool made to open3close open3close all the nuts of a wheel in one time less effort. lthough various methods of opening nuts are used, but they re1uire a lot of effort to open a single nut one by one. +ith the help of Mult Multii nut nut rem remover over we made made arra arrang ngem emen entt to open open3c 3clo lose se all all the the nuts nuts by amplifying the tor1ue. Different types of gears 4 sprockets are arranged in such a way that if we apply 56m tor1ue with air gun, then we get 7&6m tor1ue as output for combined operation. 8n the work, we concentrate only one application domain i.e. +heels of car" Maruti (wift. 0he main objective of work is to develop a mechanism in one assembly, which can be made in automobiles. 8t can be successfully used as a standard tool provided with a new new vehicle. lso it can be used in assembly line of automobiles, workshops and service stations. Design is simple, easily workable, and economical and try to satisfy all the aspects of design consideration.
