Unit IC: International Workplace and Work Equipment Safety Includes: General Workplace Issues, Principles of Fire and Explosion, Workplace Fire Risk Assessment, Storage, Handling and Processing of Dangerous Substances, Work Equipment, Machinery Safety, Mechanical Handling, Electrical Safety, Safety in Construction and Demolition, Environmental Pollution and Waste Management. Assessment Units IA, IB and IC of the NEBOSH International Diploma are each accessed via one three-hour written examination. Unit ID is assessed via a written assignment of approximately 8,000 words. Exams are held each January and July. We have exam centres in more than 80 countries worldwide, and we make all the arrangements for you.
