Is this too good to be true?
How to practice with the QUICK GOALS Practical E-Course.
________________________________________________________________________ Welcome Welcome to the QUICK GOALS (QG) Practical E-Course. In this course you will master the best goal achievement system in the world, and reach the goal you choose to work on. To master the QG techniques completely, you should select one specific goal and apply all the techniques toward attaining it. The system works and you will achieve your goals with it. It’s quite a simple system (99% of people can master it perfectly with the material you will find in this book), and it’s amazingly effective. The main QG technique (10F technique) is so easy and effective that you will be able to recognize changes in your attitude toward your goal in just a few applications (in 10 to 20 minutes of practicing). If you invest only moderate effort (rated just 5 or 6 on a scale of 0 to 10) you will achieve your goal with ease and certainty. The Best Goal Achievement System in the World When I state that QUICK GOALS is the best goal achievement system in the world, I am not making this claim lightly. I have both personally used and coached others on the best and most popular systems of this kind that exist on the planet today.
Most of my clients and the participants in my workshops are professional therapists, coaches and trainers of different self-improvement systems. None of them has ever expressed anything but amazement and enthusiasm about QG or mentioned that he is aware of the existence of any other system that is comparable to it. When they are introduced to QG most coaching professionals want to get professional training and start coaching their clients in QG immediately. Since they quickly recognize the effectiveness of the system and the results they are achieving toward their own goals, they naturally want to provide the same results to their clients. While writing this chapter, I received five success stories in less than a month from the participants of QG workshops held in previous months. All had achieved amazing goals. From skyrocketing their income (one of them increased it 16-fold to consistently earn $8000 a day, and he achieved it in just a few weeks*) to finding a perfect job and romantic partner. (* It’s not a typo – that’s $8000 a day. You have his testimonial on the link below). In my first live QG workshop in Moscow on September, 2013, of the 28 participants who had practiced a previous version of the system (Spiritual Option), all achieved their goals and shared their results at that event. The techniques which you will learn are even easier to practice, and you will achieve your goals with even less effort. So, the main point I want to convey in this introduction is that it’s really possible to achieve your goals and to create the reality you always wanted. If you give this system a chance, shortly you will find yourself with your goal achieved, writing me (or recording) your success story like others have done on my website. (You can read what some of the coaches and trainers of different systems say about their experiences with QUICK GOALS here: What Experienced Spiritual Technology Trainers Say ) How does the QUICK GOALS system help you to achieve goals? Any work on achieving goals with self-development techniques is based on creating improvements in two main areas. 1. Eliminating the inner conflicts you have about the goal. 2. Identifying HOW you are going to achieve the goal (identifying the path you will follow to achieve the goal in the actual material world). I) Elimination of inner conflicts surrounding the goal What kind of conflicts are we talking about in the first point?
People who don’t use their spiritual options consciously want to achieve their goals, but they have different unconscious parts which oppose these goals. Therefore, their advancement toward their goals is blocked, and they waste most of their energy struggling with their own conflicting parts. Sometimes, it’s difficult to identify those resisting parts of your being. Nevertheless, when you start working on any serious goal, resistance almost always exists. Let’s look at some examples. Suppose that you are a woman who is working in a big company, and you want to get promoted to a higher management position. If you set your goals in the standard way, you would sincerely believe that you want that goal, and that you don’t have any conflicts about it. You would "know" that you want success and a bigger income which will provide a better life for you and your family. But is this “the whole truth?” The fact which is not so obvious is that parts of your being may not be so thrilled about that goal. Part of you may fear that the achievement would rob you of free time for yourself, your friends, or finding a perfect partner. Or you may fear that committing yourself so fully to your work could make you neglect the needs of your children. If they exist, such parts will not be truly involved in the accomplishment of your goal. In fact, they will actively resist and sabotage your efforts to reach the goal even though you consciously want it. The situation is similar if you are a student studying for the next exam. Setting your goal as most people do, you may truly believe that you really want to pass the exam. Unfortunately, you will again have parts of your being unconsciously resisting such goal. Some of these parts may resist the fact that you will not be able to party with your friends, others that you will have to give up sports, and some that you won’t have time to spend with your girlfriend. All these parts have an important positive purpose in your life. Their resistance will make the achievement of the goal much harder, if not impossible. Because of such internal conflicts most people struggle with achieving goals. So, if you want to achieve your goals, the first thing you need to do is to eliminate inner conflicts you have in that area. (Later we will see what the best way to identify such conflicts is). II) Finding HOW to achieve your goal As we stated previously, besides eliminating your inner conflicts, a good goal achievement system needs to give you a simple way to identify how you will achieve your goal. To be truly successful, you need to know which specific actions you will take in the material world and you also need to be happy with the chosen course of action.
Most “Positive Thinking” systems teach us that all we need to do is think positively, repeat our affirmations every day, and that the “loving universe” will take care of everything else. Does anybody really believe that the best possible behavior is to do your affirmations, and sit and wait for achievement to happen? I don’t think so. Don’t expect the universe to do your job. If your goal is to have a certain amount of money in your bank account, it’s pretty certain that you will need to go to the bank and open an account. No matter how clear your affirmations are, your bank account won’t come into being by some “lucky string of coincidences.” And even if it could, it’s probably much easier to go to the bank and open the account, than to try to do it with “the power of your affirmations.” If your goal is to create a passive source of income by selling your e-book on the internet, you will have to create your website, or a blog. You will have to write the text for your ebook, or find someone to write it for you. You can’t just do your affirmations and wait for your goal to be achieved. Don’t expect the Universe to write your “weekly blog posts” on your blog, or to create your website. (If you are able to do this, I would like to buy YOUR E-Course :) So, besides eliminating inner conflicts, an effective goal achievement system needs to allow you to identify exactly how you will achieve the goal, and determine which specific actions you need to take in the material world. These are the things you will easily do during this E-Course. When you eliminate your conflicts, and identify the exact way in which you will achieve your goal, you start working on it differently. You start taking action enthusiastically and with pleasure, and you will even enjoy doing what you previously avoided. This happens because you don’t have any conflicts, and you understand that those actions are the stepping stones needed to achieve the goal you really want. Working on your goals becomes similar to the time you spend doing things that you truly enjoy. You experience the feeling you have when you do things connected to your hobby, or something else that interests you very much. When you work on something in that way you don’t need me to tell you what the results will be. You know it yourself. Such work can have just one outcome. Total success!
Content of the QG E-Course The first two chapters provide practical instructions on setting the goal which you will work on during the course (by all means do the exercises from chapters 2 and 3. Even if you just want to learn the system, you will master it much more easily if you learn it by immediately applying all the techniques on the specific goal). In chapters 4, 5 and 6 you will master the 10F technique and use it on the chosen goal until you eliminate the inner conflicts in that area. In chapters 7-12 you will apply QG techniques to identify the optimal way for achieving your goal in the material world, and eliminate the inner conflicts connected to the chosen course of action. Chapter 13 will explain how to use the system in your everyday life, and you will see that it’s absolutely impossible to fail if you use it properly. In chapter 14 you will do the final check and elimination of remaining inner conflicts which will bring you into the optimal state for achieving your goal in the material world. A word of warning QG is not something that you will do for a few days, and then “live happily ever after”. If you want to get real results and change your reality, you need to use the system for achieving specific goals in your everyday life. QUICK GOALS is just a tool. And like any other tool, it doesn’t produce any results if you don’t use it. It’s like a super advanced computer which can do amazing things, but which won’t produce any result if it’s left unused and forgotten in your attic. So, to get the true benefits from the system, you need to use it for achieving your everyday life goals. Once you achieve the first of these, naturally you won’t stop there. You will realize that the only reason you don’t have something you want is the fact that you weren’t using QG to obtain it. With each goal you achieve, you will get closer and closer to the reality you always wanted, and you will get more and more in harmony with your life and the universe. Too good to be true? I know that you have your doubts about what you’ve read so far. You have already tried systems (probably more than one) that promised similar results. Usually the results were disappointing, or at least incomplete.
In some cases the basic theory was appealing and logical, but it was not clear how to put it into practice. Other techniques may have worked in some areas, but not in others. Some systems produced limited results, but demanded so much effort that you weren’t able to practice them properly with all the other things you had in your life. Sadly, that is what you can expect with most success-achievement systems. Your experience with QUICK GOALS will be totally different. The techniques are unbelievably simple and truly effective. You will be able to see immediate changes in your attitude and emotions after the first 10F processes you do. QG is also simple and easy to practice individually, so you will be able to master it from this material, and practice it thereafter with only moderate effort. (You will be able to complete your daily exercises in 10 minutes, so you can practice it easily with all your other daily tasks). But if you have doubts about it, let yourself have doubts. That’s quite alright and it’s not a barrier to achieving success with QUICK GOALS at all. Just keep your doubts, and don’t believe in anything until you are completely convinced by the results. The system works perfectly, regardless of whether you believe in it or not. Just do the exercises the best way you can and the results (achieved goals) will gradually show you the system’s true worth. How to practice with QUICK GOALS Practical E-Course To have benefits from this E-Course, it is necessary to do practical exercises, like you would do if you were a participant in one of my live workshops. If you don't do them, you may feel that you know more and more about achieving goals, and that you are getting closer and closer to their achievement, but you won't be. The main problem with achieving our goals usually isn't that we don't have enough knowledge. It's the fact that large parts of our being are resisting and blocking our goal’s achievement for different reasons. Without doing the QUICK GOALS practical exercises, you would just be entertaining yourself, and missing the real benefits of the system. You would remain the same as you were before. So, if you really want to get benefits from the QUICK GOALS, do all the exercises right after reading the theoretical explanations, as if you were participating in the real QG workshop.
When you do the first few exercises, you will immediately perceive obvious improvement in your emotional state. After that, you won't need me to persuade you any further. You will want to practice the 10F process and to get rid of inner conflicts. (This is natural. Feeling good feels much better than feeling bad :-) Even if you choose just to read this material, do at least the examples of all the exercises. Without trying the exercises, you cannot understand QUICK GOALS. Doing the exercises is essential for getting a real understanding of the system. So, try to do them all. If you can’t do them completely, do at least a few processes for each technique. Are you ready to start? _______________________________________________________________________ REMEMBER FROM CHAPTER 1:
Now you have a chance to achieve your goals in a harmonious way.
Whatever your goal is, some QUICK GOALS practitioners have probably already achieved it. Some of them are probably successfully achieving such goals while you are reading these lines.
To achieve your goal you need to:
Eliminate inner conflicts that exist in that area.
Determine HOW you will achieve it.
With QUICK GOALS you will achieve both of these effectively and easily.
If you have your doubts about the system or the results, let yourself have those doubts. The system works whether you believe in it or not.
Just do the practical exercises the best way you can, and the results will convince you of the system’s value.
Work with the QG Practical Course as if you were in the real workshop. Do the practical exercises right after you read the content of each chapter. That is the moment in which you are in the optimal state for practical exercises.
Only by doing the practical exercises will you achieve results and move closer to reaching your goal. If you don’t do them, you are not working on your goals. You are just entertaining yourself.
QUICK GOALS Practical E-Course Chapter 2
Setting Your Initial Goal In this chapter:
What kind of goals can you achieve with the QUICK GOALS system?
What to do if you “don’t know what your goal is?”
How to start your work with the QG system (setting up your initial goal)?
Specification of additional characteristics
________________________________________________________________________ What kinds of goals can you achieve with the QUICK GOALS system? Before you start working with the QG system, you need to define the goal you want to work on. What kind of a goal should you choose? You can use the Quick Goals S.O. techniques to accomplish any goal. For the practical exercises during this program choose a goal that ranges from 5 to 8 on the difficulty scale (0 being a goal that can naturally be accomplished without any effort, and 10 representing a goal that is practically impossible to accomplish). It is important to choose a goal of appropriate difficulty while learning the techniques of Quick Goals. The system is simple, but there is an inevitable learning curve. Select a goal of medium difficulty to work on while you are learning the techniques. A too-easy goal won’t show you the true power of the system, and an impossibly difficult goal may derail your progress. This is because your internal barriers could become so troublesome as to make you quit before getting the necessary proficiency and confidence in the system. So, for the work during this program, choose a goal that is fairly ambitious, but not impossible.
Once you achieve the goal the situation will be totally different. After you master the system and gain confidence in it, you will be able to set (and achieve) any "impossible" goal you can think of! What to do if you “don’t know what your goal is”
Sometimes the participants in QG workshops say that they don’t know what goal they should work on. This is usually a matter of emotional charge connected to their natural goals. If you were totally clear about your goal, you wouldn’t need a “goal achievement system” at all. You would naturally take action to accomplish that goal. So, it’s natural to have some charge and doubt before you start the program. In extreme cases, when you have a lot of emotional charge on the goals you want, you give them up and end up feeling that you don’t know what your goals are. If you don’t know what your goal should be, simply choose one of the areas in your life you are unhappy with, and think about the change you want in this area. Take this change as your initial goal, and apply all QUICK GOALS techniques on it. As we remove the charge, it will become clearer what your true goal is, and you will naturally continue working on it with your full potential. This being said, let’s set your initial goal. How to start your work with the QG system
The first step toward accomplishing your goal is to write down the details of what you want to achieve in a “Quick Goals” notebook. 1. Write down what you want to achieve. 2. Define the deadline for the achievement of the goal. 3. Are there additional characteristics for this goal?
The first two are straightforward. Just write down your goal and the deadline for its achievement in your QG notebook. The third point is something that most people fail to do (and suffer accordingly :). Define in detail what additional characteristics achievement of your goal should have. For example, if your goal is to get a job that pays better than your current job, you should first define what the desired salary is ($1 more would make it a better paying job, but this is probably not what you have in mind). So, in that case, first you would define the desirable salary. Then, you may decide that you would like to feel creative and challenged in your job. State this as an additional desirable goal characteristic. You may also want to have a nice friendly atmosphere in your workplace, and to work with people who you really like. And so on. The easiest way to define all these characteristics is by thinking about your past experiences in that area. For example, if you had to commute by train and were losing 4 hours every day in your previous job, a desired characteristic could be to find a job that is not more than 20 minutes away from your home, or to have a job that includes the use of a company car. Another step you can take to identify necessary additional characteristics is to ask yourself: “Is any achievement of my goal acceptable, or are some possible outcomes more desirable than others?” Think about the goal you want to achieve and define it as precisely as you can (try to state all desired characteristics that you assumed as understood when you were thinking about your goal). The more precisely you define your goal now, the easier all further steps will be.
EXAMPLE: One of my clients who worked on creating his own business ended with the following additional characteristics for his initial goal:
My personal income has to be at least $5000 every month (not income of the business, but my personal income as an owner of the company).
I need to create this business in a way that will provide me with a lot of free time (to work less than 4 hours a day with free weekends and at least four 2-week holidays every year.
My business needs to be organized in a way to make me feel positive and creative while working on my business goals.
I need to enjoy my work at least as much as I did when I was studying film and theater arts 5 years ago.
People that work with me need to have a sense of humor, and be funny, creative, and easy going.
My business will allow me to travel and meet lots of new people.
(After working with QUICK GOALS and also doing a few months of individual work the client achieved his goal and now has his own travel agency (and earns a lot more than he set for his goal at the beginning).
4. Rate the difficulty of your goal
Now that you have it written down, and you have set up the deadline for its accomplishment, rate the difficulty of your goal. How difficult is it for a person with my resources, in a situation like mine to accomplish such a goal? (A goal which is so easy that it will be achieved without any effort has a difficulty level of 0, and one that is almost impossible to achieve is a 10) DIFFICULTY of my goal (0-10): _______
REMINDER ABOUT SETTING OF THE INITIAL GOAL:
You can achieve any goal with the Quick Goals system, but for the first application choose one which is ambitious, but not impossible (level of difficulty between 5 and 8). After you achieve your first goal (and master the system), you will know that there are no impossible goals.
Setting the goal which you will work on is simple: 1. Write down what you want to achieve 2. Set the deadline for achieving it. 3. Define additional desirable achievement needs to have.

4. Rate the difficulty of your goal (on the scale from 0 to 10). PRACTICAL EXERCISE: Set up the initial goal you will work on with QUICK GOALS Practical E-Course (Do steps 1 to 4 for your goal).
QUICK GOALS Practical E-Course Chapter 3
Testing Your Current State in Regard to Your Goal In this chapter:
Why are we doing this test?
Optimal state affirmations test.
Negative personal traits test.
Final assessment of your test and why you shouldn’t despair about it :)
________________________________________________________________________ Why are we doing this test? You should do this test before starting your work on any serious goal. The main purpose of QUICK GOALS is to help you achieve your life goals by improving your inner state and behavior. To do this, it is necessary to assess your current state accurately. If you want to change the situation in a certain area of your life, it is necessary to realize what the current situation in that area is. The second reason for doing the test is to use the results to check how we are doing in our work with QG and (more importantly) to identify some additional sources of inner conflicts. So, before you start practicing QUICK GOALS, let’s test your state of mind in regard to your goal. This test has three parts: o Optimal state affirmation test o Negative personal traits test o Final rating
1. OPTIMAL STATE AFFIRMATIONS TEST Some states of mind are better suited for achieving your goals than others. The next set of affirmations (positive sentences) covers the most important characteristics of the state of mind which is considered optimal for achieving goals quickly and harmoniously. OPTIMAL STATE AFFIRMATIONS 1. I am completely determined to achieve this goal by... (the deadline you've set for your goal). 2. Achievement of this goal is quite natural for me. 3. I am completely optimistic about reaching this goal. 4. I am full of enthusiasm for this goal. 5. I know exactly what I must do in the following months to attain my goal. 6. I promptly do whatever is necessary to achieve my goal. Test yourself for each of these affirmations. How true is each of them for you (in regard to this goal)? Rate each affirmation on a scale of –10 to +10. (+10 = "This affirmation is 100% true for me”, and -10 = "I am not such a person at all. The complete opposite statement is true for me"). Testing OPTIMAL STATE AFFIRMATIONS I want you to rate the degree to which each of these affirmations is true for you (in regard to your goal) on the scale of –10 to +10. For example, if the goal you set in the previous chapter is "to find my perfect romantic partner, and to create a perfect relationship with him/her", you should do the following: Think about that goal. Feel that you are going to try to achieve this goal before the deadline. And then pay attention to the first affirmation: "I am completely determined to find my perfect romantic partner before..." How true is this statement for you? If you are absolutely determined to get your perfect partner and create this perfect relationship with him (or her) before that date, then you would rate it as a +10.
If you don't have even an ounce of determination regarding that goal, rate it –10. If you feel that you are moderately determined, but have some minor doubts about being able to achieve it, it's probably +7 or +8. If you are willing to try, but not feeling much determination, it's in the neighborhood of –4. You get the picture. Affirmation 2 is about being the kind of person for whom achievement of such a goal is natural. Are you such a person? Are you a person for whom achieving such a perfect relationship with the perfect partner is a natural thing? (Again: rate it on the –10 to +10 scale). Affirmation 3 is about being optimistic (not in your life generally, but regarding this goal). If you feel that you will probably achieve your goal before this date, you ARE optimistic. Accordingly, your rating will be high. If you feel that this is probably not going to happen, it will be low. Affirmation 4 is about enthusiasm. Are you ready and willing to go and search for that perfect partner of yours? Are you ready to start creating that relationship? If you have really set your mind on it, your enthusiasm rating is high. If you are lazy and lacking energy to do it, it's low. Affirmation 5 is about how clear you are about specific actions that you must undertake for achieving your goal. If you know the exact steps you will take from today to the final achievement, it's +10. If you have no idea at all, it's –10. Finally, affirmation 6 is about your readiness to perform the necessary actions at once. If you are ready and willing to do them right away it's +10. If you would rather drag your feet about it, it's negative. When you're done, your list should look something like this: I am completely determined to achieve this goal by the 1st of July 2016. Rating +5. Achievement of this goal is quite natural for me. Rating –3. I am completely optimistic about this goal. Rating +2 I am full of enthusiasm for this goal. Rating +7. What I must do next month to achieve my goal is completely clear to me. Rating –4. I promptly do whatever is necessary to accomplish my goal. Rating –7.
Pretty straightforward, right? Pay special attention to the deadline. While rating how true a given affirmation is for you, be sure you keep the time frame for the goal in mind. Are you optimistic about reaching your goal before the date that you've set for its accomplishment? For example, maybe you feel that you are a person for whom it is natural to earn double what you are earning right now. But are you a person for whom it's natural to increase your earnings so much before the deadline you've set? These are two different things. PRACTICAL EXERCISE: Rate how much each affirmation is true for you in regard to your goal (and the deadline you have set). Do it right away.
2. NEGATIVE PERSONAL TRAITS TEST
In the second part of this test we will check the negative characteristics that you exhibit in the area of your goal. Ask yourself the following question: According to my previous behavior, what negative characteristics have I shown in this area? (Which of my personal traits and behaviors blocked the achievement of this goal in the past?) This is the list that one of my clients created while he was working on starting his own business: EXAMPLE LIST OF NEGATIVE CHARACTERISTICS 1. Reluctance to confront people, and protect my interests
(rating –8).
2. Laziness (rating –2). 3. Procrastination (rating –4). 4. Lack of motivation (rating –7). 5. Giving up easily because of the feeling that I don't deserve to be supersuccessful (rating –1). I want you to take a careful look at your life and meditate for a few minutes on your previous behavior in the area of your goal. Why didn't you succeed in achieving it before? Which one of your characteristics blocked the achievement of this goal in the past? When you identify your negative characteristics, write them down and rate them (on the – 10 to +10) scale. If the negative characteristic that you are rating is very pronounced in your behavior, rate it –10. If the opposite positive trait is true for you, rate it +10 (of course, this will not happen as you're examining your negative personal traits). For example: If your negative personal trait is lack of motivation, then ratings should be as follows: If you are a person who is never able to motivate herself to do the things needed to achieve your goals, rating of that trait will be –10. If you are able to motivate yourself, but only when it's something really important, your rating would be around 0.
And if you were 100% motivated concerning this goal in the past, your rating should be +9 or +10. Creating your list of negative traits Now make your own list. Remember, the question is: According to your previous behavior, which negative characteristics blocked you in achieving your goal in the past? Meditate upon your life goal for a little while. Why didn't you succeed before? Write down one of your problematic traits and rate it on the –10 to +10 scale. Then meditate some more and identify and rate the next negative trait, and so on. Most lists have 3 to 5 different negative characteristics, but you should list all the characteristics you consider important. PRACTICAL EXERCISE: Make the list of negative traits that blocked you from achieving such goals in the past. Do it right away.
3. FINAL RATING Now look at the two previous parts of this test. Imagine that you don't even know the person who has done them. Would a person who has such thoughts and feelings succeed in achieving this goal before that deadline? Example A person feels that: - She is not completely determined to achieve her goal (rating +4). - The achievement of such goal is not natural for her (rating –2). - She is moderately optimistic about that goal (rating +6). - She lacks the energy and enthusiasm for working on her goal (rating –1). - She doesn't know how to achieve it (rating –7). - She usually doesn't promptly take action that she knows should be taken (rating-3). The same person has shown the following characteristics in the area of the goal in the past: 1. Reluctance to confront people, and protect her interests (rating –8). 2. Low self-esteem (rating –2). 3. Procrastination (rating –4). 4. Inability to create a workable plan and stick to it (rating –7). 5. Giving up easily (rating –1). For such a person the probability of achieving that goal wouldn't be very high. (Assessment of the practitioner from this example was that the probability for achieving his goal was only 10%) Now, assess your test. Look at your optimal state affirmation ratings and your negative traits list. What are the chances that the person who's completed that test would succeed in achieving her/his goal before the deadline?
WRITE DOWN YOUR ESTIMATED PROBABILITY OF SUCCESS
***** Sad, isn't it? But, don't worry! No matter how hopeless the results of this test may seem, in a few days - the time you need to complete the QUICK GOALS Online Workshop - all this will change. You will get rid of all the negative characteristics from the second part of the test. Your state of mind concerning this life goal will be 100% different. All optimal state affirmations will be pure +10. And, this result won't be forced positive thinking or pumped-up attitude that you know should be there, yet you don't feel deep inside. It will be your natural attitude toward your goal, and the simple truth about yourself and your life goal. You will be in the spiritual and emotional state that guarantees achievement in the best possible way for yourself and the people around you. Difficult to believe, isn't it? Yet you will really feel this way. You'll know that you will achieve your goal. You will know how to do it, and you will be eager to take all necessary actions for achievement of your goal. You don't have to believe me. As I've said before, the system works even if you are totally skeptical about it. Don't believe me. Just do the following exercises the best way you can. The results will erase all your doubts!
REMEMBER ABOUT TESTING YOUR INNER STATE:
You should do this test before starting your work on serious goals.
This test has three parts: 1. Optimal state affirmation test 2. Negative personal traits test
3. Final rating
We are testing your state and characteristics in regard to a specific goal (not generally). That means that if you are rating the affirmation about optimism, you should check how optimistic you are in regard to achieving the chosen goal (and not generally in your life). The same is true for the negative characteristics in the second part of the test.
While doing the test, keep in mind the deadline you set for achieving your goal. Some ratings may be different when you think about the goal generally, than when you think about achieving it before the deadline you set.
PRACTICAL EXERCISE: If you haven’t done it already, do the test for the goal you want to work on before going further with the QG Practical E-Course.
