Screen fabric too fine
Check screening equipment.
Insufficient screen tension
Check ink viscosity.

Poor drying of enamel
Check dried film hardness.
Screen blockage
Clean screen; ensure glass is clean and dry.
Poorly mixed ink

Excessive humidity
Ensure ink and thinner are well mixed.

Keep ink in sealed containers.

Mix ink at lower shear rate.
