dalam
sistem
pembiayaan
perumahan
nasional.
Akibatnya, rumah baru di negara berkembang sering disediakan melalui konstruksi informal (rumah tidak sesuai standar) atau dibangun sendiri secara swadaya, yang berujung pada meluasnya area kumuh (slum). 2. Pembiayaan proyek perumahan menjadi vital dalam sistem pasokan rumah (housing supply system) untuk memenuhi tantangan naiknya permintaan rumah formal. 3.
