Pada prinsipnya menganalisis data dan upaya pengolahan data hasil monitoring yangdilakukan oleh SIM-RS. Hasil analisis data tersebut kemudian berdiskusi denganseluruh instalasi/unit kerja terkait untuk mencari solusi dan rekomendasi perbaikansistem pelayanan. 5.

2.2. DISTRIBUSI KETENAGAAN
Distribusi ketenagaan mengenai jumlah staf di unit SIM-RS menujukkan bahwa jumlah staf yang ada di unit SIM-RS sudah cukup dalam menunjang proses pengelolaan SIM-Rumah Sakit Umum Anna Pekayon dan tugas-tugas yang dilakukan oleh petugas SIM-Rumah Sakit Umum Anna Pekayon. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah staf SIM-RS yang saat ini berjumlah 2 orang dengan jadwal kerja shift yang telah ditetapkan.

Melalui ruangan ini, pegawai SIM RS selain memonitoring, juga melakukan maintenance, perbaikan data, dan seluruh tugas pokok dan fungsi yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya.Karena di ruangan ini terdapat data-data penting dan rahasia bagi Rumah Sakit, maka letaknya seharusnya tidak berdekatan dengan area publik yang biasa diakses dengan mudah oleh siapa saja, bahkan bagi yang tidak

Ruang server tentu saja menyimpan komputer server yang menyimpan seluruh data milik rumah sakit. Ruangan ini sebaiknya berdekatan dengan ruang SIM RS agar lebih mudah dimonitoring dan dijangkau bila terjadi masalah. Selain itu, di dalam ruangan server perangkat elektronik yang ada harus tetap menyala 24 jam. Karena itu untuk mencegah kerusakan perangkat akibat suhu yang panas, ruangan harus tertutup dan dingin.
