Pada akhir pembelajaran:
1. Siswa akan dapat menggunakan unsur kebahasaan dan struktur teks dalam
membuat teks prosedur sesuai dengan konteks.
2. Siswa akan dapat mengidentifikasi struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan
yang digunakan dalam teks prosedur dalam bentuk manual dan kiat-kiat.
3. Siswa akan dapat mengkomunikasikan bagaimana cara membuat/menggunakan
sesuatu.
4. Siswa akan dapat menyusun sebuah teks prosedur berbentuk manual dan
kiat-kiat.

E. MATERI AJAR
1. Procedure text
Procedure text is a text that show a process in order. Its
social function is to describe how something is completely done
through a sequence of series. The purpose of the text is to give
instructions on how to make or do something.
The features of he text:
a. begins with a statement of goal (could be the title).
b. lists materials needed in order of use.
c. gives a series of steps (instructions) in order.
d. each instruction begins with a verb in the present tense.
Procedure text usually in form of recipes, instructions, manual.
Example:
HOW TO MAKE A CUP OF COFFEE
INGREDIENTS :
- one spoon of coffee powder
- hot water
- 2 spoons of sugar
UTENSILS :
- a cup
- a spoon
STEPS :
1. Prepare two spoons of sugar, a cup, hot water, one spoon of coffee
powder, a spoon.
2. Put one spoon of coffee powder into the cup.
3. Pour some hot water into the cup.
4. Add 2 spoons of sugar into a cup of coffee.
5. Stir it well and the hot coffee is ready to drink.

1. First heat oil and saute garlic until the garlic smell out, and also
saute onion.
2. After that add chicken, stir briefly until cooked.
3. Next add the eggs, stir until eggs are cooked cracked.
4. And then insert white rice, tomato sauce, and salt, mix well with the
spices.
5. After the present suit your taste, you can serve it.
Fruit Salad
1. Wash all of your fruits
2. Cut each cherry in half and remove its pit.
3. Place 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of cherries, ½ a red apple, and 1
kiwi on cutting board and dice them into bite-sizes pieces.
4. Put the lemon juice into a bowl.
5. Place the fruit together in the bowl and serve it.
Omelette
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and black
pepper.
2. Beat well with a fork until they turn a pale yellow color
3. Put a small frying pan on a low heat and let it get hot
4. Add a small knob of butter
5. Cut the mushroom into small pieces and chop the cheese
6. Put mushroom and cheese together into the bowl and mix it
7. Pour the eggs on frying pan.
8. Push one edge of the egg into center of the pan, repeat with other
edges
9. Flip the egg pancake over.
10. Lift the egg and serve it.
Sandwich
1. Turn the stove on medium heat and place the pan on the stove.
2. Spread the breads with a butter
3. Put one slice of bread with butter side down in a frying pan.
4. Put two slices of cheese, tomato and cucumber on the bread.
5. Now cover it with the other slice of bread with the butter side up.
6. Flip the sandwich.
7. Lift the sandwich out of the pan and serve it.
Spaghetti
1. Make spaghetti sauce, First heat the frying pan on medium heat.
2. Melt the butter and saute the garlic and onion.
3. Add the hamburger maet and cook until meat is well done.
4. Add the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Adjusted to your own taste.
5. Make the noodles, first heat the pan with water.
6. Boil the noodles into the pan.
7. Lift the noodle into a bowl.
8. Put sauce on the noodles and mix it. Spaghetti ready to be serve.

Cappuccino:
1. First, heat 1 cup of milk in the medium heat until simmer.
2. Remove the pan from heat and set it on a flat surface.
3. Next, whip the milk with mixer.mix until get the desire volume of
froth.
4. Now make the coffee, put 2 tablespoon of coffee in the cup
5. Put hot water into the cup, 1/3 of the cup.
6. Put milk into the coffee and stir it until blend, then serve it.
Lemon Ice Tea
1. Heat the water in medium heat.
2. Remove the water from heat
3. Place tea bags in the pan to steep for no more than 5 minutes.
4. Remove the tea bags and discard.
5. Pour the tea into half glass of lemon juice and stir to mix well.
6. Put ice cubes on it and serve it.
Strawberry Juice
1. Clean and chop strawberries into small pieces or thin slices.
2. Place strawberries, sugar, and ice cubes in a blender.
3. Add some water and blend it. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour it into glass and serve it.
Chocolate Milkshake
1. First, put vanilla ice cream and 60 mL milk into blender.
2. Second, pour chocholate cream into the blender and blend it
3. Last, serve it in a cold glass.
Banana-Berry Smoothies
1. First, peel and cut the banana into bite size.
2. Wash the blueberries and strawberries and cut it into two pieaces
3. Second, put the banana, blueberries, strawberries, yogurt, ice cubes,
and cold water into blender.
4. Next, blend it until smooth.
5. Last, pour it into glass and enjoy immediately.
