Executive Summary This report is about the project of constructing 500 houses for 2005 earthquake victims of Muzzafarabad. Midterm and long term rehabilitation is needed for the victims of 2005 earthquake. So our organization is constructing houses for 500 families of Muzzafarabad. This report consists of different phases of this project. The processes and the steps taken to complete this project are discussed below. Firstly the project life cycle has been discussed which includes the definition, planning, execution and delivery of the project. Further stakeholder’s analysis has been done following the activities that will be performed to complete this project. Next the seven phases of project management have been applied in the whole process to complete the project of rehabilitation of earth quake victims of Muzzafarabad 2005.

Introduction This project is about rehabilitation of 500 victims of 2005 Earth Quake victims of Muzzafarabad. This is an imitative for long term rehabilitation of 2005 Earth Quake victims.
Project Life Cycle Defining the project On 8 October 2005 Pakistan was struck by the most devastating earthquake in its history. Affecting an area of some 30,000 sq. km, largely in Azad Kashmir and the North-West Frontier Province, it caused over 73,000 deaths, left many more people seriously injured, and destroyed [1]
homes, schools, hospitals and infrastructure on a massive scale.
A lot of efforts were done but
still a lot of people require the help and aid to lead a normal life. Our organization will be helping the 500 victim families in Muzzafarabad. Goals

Phase VII: Project Termination The project has been completed and all the documents have been prepared. Financial reports have been checked and audited. All site operations are closed. Actual WBS, schedules and costs have been prepared. Final report had been submitted to customers and government authorities. The houses are delivered to 500 families and documents have been approved by all stakeholders. The project now is terminated.
