SCOPE
This Procedure Covers the Testing and Commissioning of Electrical Panels in the DUCAB HV & EHV Facility. The MDBs, EMDBs and Capacitor banks are installed at the LV rooms, while MCC Panels are at VCV Tower roof, CCV Tower roof, EHV Test lab electrical room , Chiller plant area and mechanical plant room. EMCCs are located at VCV Tower roof, CCV Tower roof and Administration office first Floor. ESMDBs are installed at Factory area and VCV Tower electrical room (Ground floor). SMDBs and DBs are installed at all areas in the project as indicated on the service drawings. This procedure will also ensure proper workmanship and conforms to Contract documents, manufacturer’s instructions and standards.

HEALTH & SA SAFETY HA HAZARDS Health and Safety procedures by Main Contractor and MACAIR will be implemented for this job. A routine safety check will be done by the Safety Officer In-charge as per MACAIR Safety Procedure. 4.1
