爱立信指标配置比映射表里多了[( pmNoNormalNasSignReleaseCs / (pmNoNormalNasSignReleaseCs + pmNoSystemNasSignReleaseCs )] 这一部分,

1)爱立信指标新增部分 (NasSignRelease ,P7.1引入),我司没有相应的打点,无法 完全映射。 如果爱立信指标包含NasSignRelease,而 我司不包含的话,我司统计略占优; 2)RAB部分,爱立信将RAB接入过程中 异频DirectRetry到异系统中的RAB Att次数扣除, (pmNoRabEstablishSuccessSpeech/(pm NoRabEstablishAttemptSpeech pmNoDirRetryAtt)) Huawei目前的KPI定义中未考虑RAB异系 统 DRD情况,可在Huawei公式中扣除RAB 接入过程中异系统DRD成功次数,可近似 于爱立信映射。即(VS.RAB.SuccEstabCS .AMR/ VS.RAB.AttEstab.AMRVS.IRATHO.SuccOutCS.DR)
按映射规则,如果RRC部分, 修订爱立信公式为:pmTotNoRrcConnectR eqPsSucc/pmTotNoRrcConnectReqPs Huawei映射公式为: [(RRC.SuccConnEstab.OrgBkgCall+ RRC.SuccConnEstab.OrgInterCall+ RRC.SuccConnEstab.TmBkgCall+ RRC.SuccConnEstab.TmItrCall)/ (RRC.AttConnEstab.OrgBkgCall+ RRC.AttConnEstab.OrgInterCall+ RRC.AttConnEstab.TmBkgCall+ RRC.AttConnEstab.TmInterCall)]
爱立信在RRC尝试次数中扣除业务分担拒 绝的RRC请求次数(pmNoLoadSharingRrc ConnCs),Huawei没有区分业务类型的基 于准入失败的重定向指标,无法完全映射 ,建议修订爱立信公式,否则 Huawei映射 公式处于劣势。 建议修订爱立信公式为: pmTotNoRrcCo nnectReqCsSucc/pmTotNoRrcConnectR eqCs Huawei映射公式为: [(RRC.SuccConnEstab.OrgConvCall+ RRC.SuccConnEstab.TmConvCall+ RRC.SuccConnEstab.EmgCall)/ (RRC.AttConnEstab.OrgConvCall+ RRC.AttConnEstab.TmConvCall+ RRC.AttConnEstab.EmgCall)]
‘现网华为配置公式’为 R11的定义,建 议改为R13版本,即 [VS.RAB.AbnormRel.AMR/(VS.RAB.Abn ormRel.AMR+ VS.RAB.NormRel.AMR)]*100% 爱立信将CS异系统切换统计的场景区分 co verage-based(i.e. pmNoSuccessOutIratHoSpeech ) 和service-based (i.e. pmNoSuccessOutSbHoSpeech ),而Hu awei的CS异系统切换统计并没有区分场景 。如果只拿爱立信一种场景 (coveragebased)与Huawei对比的话,无法评估优劣 。 建议澄清统计差异和按我司发布规则进行 映射。
爱立信公式的分母中'720'的含义需要找客 户确认?
爱立信PMDLTRAFFICVOLUMEPSINTHS统计包 含了RLC头和重传(retransmissions),而H uawei的流量统计是不包含的。 建议修正E///侧为不含RLC头和重传的KPI : pmSentPacketData1+pmSentPacketData2+ pmSentPacketData3+pmSentPacketData4+ pmSentPacketDataHs1+pmSentPacketData Hs2+pmSentPacketDataHs3+pmSentPacket DataHs4 对应Huawei的映射公式为:
