Mobility (Continue) Hard handover Success Rate Hard HO CS SR(%) 100 * VS.MBand.HO.SuccOutCS / VS.MBand.HO.AttOutCS Depend on network configuration, the formula is focus on Multi-Band Frequency Hard Handover. It is only a sub-set of HHO and only useful if the network has multiband UMTS configuration There is no complete set of counters to differentiate the HHO into CS and PS domain.
Hard HO PS SR(%) 100 * VS.MBand.HO.SuccOutPS / VS.MBand.HO.AttOutPS Same problem as CS case.
