The basic focus was to know the HRM Practices of Nestle Milk Pack and analysis of HRM Practices. The report shows the need of HRM and its practices for HR Manager in Nestle Milk Pack Limited Kabirwala Factory, Mr. Irfan Ahson. So for getting the best result from HR Manager we have designed a Visiting program but due to balances closing month, they all were busy but provided almost all information which was very effective and met the need of HR Practices of Nestle Milk Pack Limited.
