IV. Analisa dan temuan. Pada koneksi konduktor dari trafo ke jaringan tidak dilakukan pengujian tahanan kontak karena tidak terdapat akses untuk pengujian tersebut. -
Terdapat kebocoran / rembesan pada sisi LV sekitar bushing phasa R.
-
Terdapat rembesan oli di rele bucholz consevator trafo.
-
Hasil purifikasi minyak tidak juga dapat membuat hasil PI menjadi lebih baik.
-
Deviasi ratio pada tap 19 phasa W.
V. Saran -
Penggantian gasket untuk rembesan pada sisi LV semua phasa. ( Sudah dilakukan ).
-
Monitoring Karakteristik minyak insulasi setiap 6 bulan.
-
Dielectric Frequensi Response (DFR) mode Chg > 1%, Normal Ageing.
-
Perbaikan Instalasi motor kipas pendingin no.6.
-
Penggantian gasket pada rele bucholz conservator trafo. ( sudah dilakukan).

PENDAHULUAN
Pengujian yang dilakukan pada Transformator adalah sebagai berikut : Partial Discharge Online Test
Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi insulasi transformator berdasarkan pengujian partial discharge seperti yang disebut diatas. Tindakan pengujian dan analisa data dalam menentukan kondisi transformator adalah berdasarkan standar yang berlaku. PD Internal : Dispersi kecil, berkumpul pada dasar PD Surface : Dispersi besar PD Corona : Frekuensi tinggi, pola berbeda dengan membentuk segitiga)

ANALISA TEMUAN
Hasil PD pada Transformator menunjukkan hal-hal tersebut dibawah ini yang dibagi 4 kelas klasifikasi : 1. Untuk kelas 0 (class #0) pola sinyal menunjukkan adanya noise amplitude sangat kecil (Qmax95% = 12,9 mV). Tidak terdapat PD. 2. Untuk kelas 1 (class #1) pola sinyal menunjukkan adanya noise amplitude sangat kecil (Qmax95% = 12,7 mV). Tidak terdapat PD. 3. Untuk kelas 2 (class #2) pola sinyal menunjukkan adanya noise amplitude sangat kecil (Qmax95% = 12,9 mV). Tidak terdapat PD. 4. Untuk kelas 3 (class #3) pola sinyal menunjukkan adanya noise amplitude sangat kecil (Qmax95% = 12,9 mV). Tidak terdapat PD.
