1. Abstract
SKYLINE: Mobile And DTH Recharge
Abstract:Mobile Mobile and DTH Recharge Recharge services are the most common services that are available at the every 4 th and 5th retail shop. To recharge mobile phones of various service provider. They have to maintain individual connection for each and every mobile company. And they need to maintain different handsets for f or different services provid providers ers compan companies ies.. Some Some of them them have have rechar recharge ge coupon coupons, s, Rechar Recharge ge coupons are available for both mobile and DTH services, So Retailer have a stress to maintain all these things. To avoid this kind of problems we are developing a web-based application that is used to recharge the mobile phones and DTH Activation services. This application will provide a unique and compact solution to the retailer for recharge the mobile phones and DTH service providers, For this the retailer has to register itself an authorized agency for this purpose like (TRAI) after this registration they will provided an unique user Id and after they can start their job using this given user identification. Retailer can recharge the customers mobile. There is no need of customer presence. Customer can be where so ever. This Application must store the individual retailer database that is helpful for the retailer to maintain its day to day record of billing. By the use of this application the retailer can provide its relative service to the customer from anywhere. And the most important things which are retailer retailer will not have to maintain maintain various connections connections and mobile handsets. handsets. They can service the customers by the present internet connection with pc and further this application can be expanded to mobile m obile internet, also. Adoption of this application is may be little bit expensive then the present scenario but facilities provided by this application worth it.

2. 1.
Introduction:-
The Mobile and DTH Recharge application is the application which is useful for the retailer, they used to recharge the mobile phone by easy recharge and recharge coupon as well as DTH service. This application provides a web environment to the retailer for the regular recharge service, using this retailer can serve its services to the customer. To get this facility and having this proposed compact solution retailer have to register itself with government authorized agency like TRAI. This System can intimate all the three modes of the main system such as customer, service Providers Company and Regulatory Authority (TRAI) by sending a SMS regarding to the service facilitated. Retailers have to spend some more buds to get this dynamic system.

The present system is facing following problems:(1) Retailers Retailers have to carry different different recharge recharge coupons of several mobile mobile companies. (2) Retailers have to get various mobile connections of different mobile companies and respectively have to maintain different handsets too. Retail iler erss must must have have to cred credit it his his acco accoun untt as prep prepai aid d serv servic icee (3) Reta irrespective to the fact that he/she may or may not sell it to the customers, because it is not in its control. (4) In reference of online banking there is facility provided by the banks to recharge mobile from ATM machine by following required steps, in this solution customer must have ATM card. refere renc ncee to inte intern rnet et bank bankin ing g mobi mobile le and and DTH DTH faci facili lity ty,, its its (5) In refe providing on intranet the procedure which is followed needs a bank account. (6) In all alternative alternative facility with concerned to the proposed proposed system, there there is not any customer care service which can here them, so over system directly calibrated with RA so that will responsive to the RA.

Recognit cog nition ion of Need
As we go for recharge recharge our Mobile Mobile and DTH connecti connection on we go for retailer retailer shop and retailer gives us some options for recharge like recharge coupons, e-top ups, for e-top up recharging users must have to carry different type of mobile connection of various companies and as well as mobile hand sets. This whole procedure seems very exhausting process. Thus, Thus, we need need automa automated ted softwa software re which which must must reliab reliable le and serve serve high high performance with simple user interface to retailers and service providers. We need software solution solution for this to decrease burden on both service provider provider and retailers in terms of limit allocation, automation, speed and compactness and give them feel of unique system which provides different services.
2. 4.
Proposed Solution
As consid consider er the recogniz recognized ed of needs needs the proposed proposed system system will will give give all required automated solution with full compactness that will provide easy user interface. We will develop software which provides a compact solution for above all recognized problem with the existing system. For this solution we establish centre control that will guide and control all retailers concerned with the proposed system i.e. mobile recharging, DTH recharging etc. By using proposed software the recharging of Mobile Phones and DTH are online. So, It will helpful to reduce papers i.e. RCV. Retailer don't have to maintain any mobile connection for recharge and by this software user get compact solution for provide basic service to ultimate customers on just a Few click.

Feasibility St Study
After Considering all the User Requirements and identification of System Objectives, Feasibility Study is carried out that is Concerned with assessing whether the System is useful to business or not and Whether system meets performance standards or not. Any System Performance in judged under 3 steps:Identification of Specific system Objectives • •
Constraints Identification with Limitations regarding towards overall system solution and identifying up to which extend system contributes to business.
•
Description of outputs as required by the potential users.
There are three types of feasibility study considerations:1. Econom Economica icall Feas Feasibi ibilit lity y
The proposed system requires one-time investment that is only initial capital cost: Hardware Cost •
•
Software installation cost
•
Software Development Cost
•
Software Deployment Cost
•
Intranet Networking Cost
However, Proposed System May incur equipment operational cost such as: Annual Registration fee imposed by Regulatory Authority •
•
Maintenance Cost
